We have been to this place more than I can count and every time we have there has been Zero free-wifi, a dirty restaurant, and poor (at-best) service. We visited here right after they remodeled and were left waiting for our food for nearly two hours and when we got it it was wrong. When we told the server that brought our food to the table she asked to see the receipt and used it as a "guide to fix our order". When we got our order, it was wrong again. The manager told us she would put my mother's name into their records for five free value meals after we told her that it'd been too long to have waited and we just wanted to get out of there. Three months later my mother tries to get her promised five free value meals and is told that she needs a receipt for that (and the receipt had been taken by the server). My mother was told that the "Manager" she had talked to didn't match the name of any of the managers working there and there wasn't even a record for botched meals needing to be remediated. So my mom gets out her phone and looks for the posts (as she had posted about this to FB). Thankfully there was a partial picture of the receipt on her FB but they insisted they needed the full thing. At this point I wandered off to use the bathroom (which someone had utterly destroyed) and when I came back she was holding five cups for the five meals. I don't know if she finally paid for the meals or if they relented and gave it to us for free but we fill our cups with soda and are waiting for our food. My mother visits the bathroom and the food is brought to the counter while she was in there. The server indignantly yelled "YO SHE ISN'T HERE" and I stepped up to the counter to tell her where she was. I collected the food and we went home. At least three of the meals were wrong (Mine was supposed to be a Deluxe quarter-pound meal no cheese and it was a hamburger patty, not the quarter-pound one) with cheese and no lettuce or tomato). When it was February, when they have their seasonal strawberries and cream pies, my mother was driving past to get everyone pies as a snack and they said they didn't carry them even when the menu displayed them quite invitingly. Read moreLiterally, the WORST McDonald's in North County!!! So I started going there for my lunch breaks as there's not many options in the surrounding area. It starts w/ this weird girl w/ yellow streaks, giving me trouble about how my orders ''always the same'' (Like that's none of your business; it's your job to take my order, not babble your opinions!!!) Then the next day, she keeps harassing me about how I ''stole juice'', because I asked her for a water cup (1. OJ is behind the counter, so is apple juice... 2. I brought a Gatorade from work, but nice try though.....) I told her this, and called her out for stealing smoothie mix (Pouring it in the Happy Meal cup. I used to work McDonald's; there was extra smoothie after she blended 1. It's supposed to go down the drain, or to a customer. Someone got fired for this. At the very least, she shouldn't drink it in view of the customers...) She started babbling about how she ''bought it'', but why wouldn't she use the clear cups that are made for smoothies??? Very off-putting; I've worked Customer Service the past 5 years, plus I used to be w/ this company; service workers should have some modicum of decency, I get that everyone has a bad day; but why try to annoy and embarrass the same customer, consecutive days!!??? Then I thought about lying to the 1-800 line about how she interrupted and harassed me while I was ''tutoring kids''; but I have a soul and a conscience; I can't steal someone's job like that by lying, unlike soooome people... Anyway, I go a week or 2 later, same ladie is denying my McD app, saying ''the system is down''. I used to work for this company; Manager can promo off any item and entire orders. Just have to prove that I have the app and meet it's conditions. They were denying other people too, so it might not be targeted at me; but I'm pretty sure if I wasn't in the lobby, she would've accepted. Read moreThe most rudest and unprofessional people I've ever seen. The managers are no better than the staff! I used the McDonald's app to order breakfast and the McKaren's worker gave me the rudest salutation over the drive thru speakers. I was the very only person in the drive thru and kept saying hello and finally a very says hold up in busy right now, I said what did you just say she said then what do you want I said I made an app order and she went on to the second drive through lane and took that person's order. Finally she took my order and rudely said drive around to next window, so I drove to the very next window and the McKaren worker totally ignored me while at the first window while other cars are now pulling up she takes their orders one by one and never telling me to move forward or anything, I'm blowing my horn she's totally ignoring me and finally I started knocking on the window until a manager that was sitting there all along came to the window and asked me what I wanted while the McLaren is going off using all kinds of profanity and nobody does anything about not as much as an apology so I requested a DM and I was told by the persons that says they're management told me to get the number off the bag... This was an insane moment, especially since i order the same thing almost every morning .... I never had this type of problem before and definitely not like that. I'm glad it was me and not someone else that could have been just as bad to give her what she was dishing out. OMG, SHE SHOULD BE PRAYING, THANKING GOD FOR SAVING ME OVER 30 YEARS AGO, THIS COULD'VE BEEN TAKEN WAY TOO FAR... I WENT TO MCDONALD'S AND ENDED UP AT McKAREN'S.... Beware!!!!
