Sept2025 5⭐: Update: I would recommend this restaurant location and the workers today. The service was really good. The food the food came out correctly prepared and was the food was served hot as expected. The food and drinks were served in a timely manner. July2022: 4⭐: I have been to this location on multiple occasions (about 6) with my family and I found that the service and personnel have dramatically improved at this location. My visit today was a decent one with a pretty good server. We were seated right away, we received our drinks quickly, we were served food that was hot and ready to eat without much delay. It seems as if the restaurant is on a new found mission of capability. Update:10April19: 1 ⭐: I visited this location today & was seated in the restaurant area with my family. We did not have a decent visit this time. It seems to be a pattern starting here. Service was lacking in a few areas also. The female manager came to the table after I advised her we were waiting for our food. She brought the food to the table and said can you cut into it? I cut a piece from the side which was ok, but when I cut further, it was rare, not medium well. Again, no comment from her about me having to ask them to do their job appropriately by cooking our food. Update: 31March2019: 1 ⭐ star visit; I visited this location today, about 3:15pm, and my family and I were seated in the bar area as a result of chance. Eventually the bar tender or server came over to the table and took our drink orders and food orders. The food arrived as ordered. The bar server did not come back to refill drinks, check to see if we needed extras, or follow up. My (8) ounce medium well sirloin steak was not good and arrived at the table as a triangle cut of meat. It was (3+) ounces of fat and tough ribbony like rubber throughout the cut...#disappointed This was the first time I have ever received a bad cut and we received even worst service. No manager came by to ask us if all was okay, because I was going to make sure that they knew it wasn't okay. Our glasses stayed empty, the dishes stayed on the table, and we had to ask a server to get the bar server to get our check. My family had an issue with their specific meals too. No one came to talk to us. This whole visit was not what I expected for my Sunday routine. Feb2018: 4⭐: This was a very good meal and overall experience at the restaurant. Server was great. We visited the restaurant today for an early meal. The people at the front were friendly and greeted us upon our entry into the restaurant. We were seated and the server came over within a few minutes to ask us for drinks and appetizers. We already knew what we wanted but we were convinced to get the early arrival meals which were not as expensive as a regular menu item. We enjoyed the early meals as they came quicker and was just as good just in small portions. We snacked on the bread butter and peanuts while we waited. I enjoyed being able to select my cut of beef steak from the window upon entry into the restaurant. We have also enjoyed the pork steaks while dining here at this restaurant. My spouse has enjoyed the salmon steaks that she get on a regular basis. I did order a steak that came out quite small even though it was supposed to be 14 oz cut. It did appear to be more like an 8 oz size steak. I brought it to the attention of the server they brought out an additional 8 oz steak of the same size. Okay....saved by the beef steak!! I haven't had a bad experience at this restaurant and each of the people I've come in contact with have made the experience that...
Read moreBeware this location. Quick service, good margarita's and great food. Posted that a year ago. Went week of 6-14-20 and got on call ahead list. Told to text when we arrived. We did so and they sent a text back saying that they would text us back when it was time to come into the building and go to the host and be seated. We waited about 15 minutes and saw how many other people were just pulling up and going straight in. We called and the lady that answered seemed confused when we told her we had sent a text saying we were there but hadn't received a response and it's been about 15 minutes. She said come on in. When we got inside the hostess asked if anyone had contacted us and we told her what happened. She replied that the system automatically sends that text to wait. They got someone to seat us and as we were standing there, there was a female with dark hair standing by where the bread is made. She was not wearing any gloves and the mask she was wearing was pulled down underneath her nose which made it pointless. The guy seating us went to get bread and we told him never mind because she was touching it with her bare hands and didn't have her nose covered and was breathing all over everything. We were seated without bread, which is one of the best things there, but we honestly didn't want to chance it being contaminated with all the covid stuff. The waitress came to our table and we told the waitress about the lady getting bread. She said she would tell a manager. I checked my silverware and it was dirty (second time in about 7 months this has happened). Waitress brought me more silverware. Manager came by to check on us, as they do their, and we told her about the lady handling the bread and not wearing a mask correctly, she also said that she would tell the manager. Our waitress was really good and the food was good, however when we were leaving we saw the same lady putting the bread into baskets this time wearing gloves, thank God, but she still had her mask below her nose. We told the hostess who is directly across from the lady dealing with the bread, and who also had her mask below her nose, and she asked who's doing that and we had to point to the lady dealing with the bread as if she was not able to see her less than 6 feet away. Also noticed a different waitress walking into the kitchen and removing her mask almost immediately. All other employees we saw appeared to be wearing their masks correctly. However, we saw many customers walking in without masks. Very disturbing and apparently poorly managed. Used to go here once a week, literally, guess...
Read moreWow! Where should I start. 5:30 p.m, Saturday: First we called ahead for a reservation, we were given a number and told we were not going to be seated until all of our party was there. The parking was terrible, crowded, and way out back behind some overgrown trees/ bushes. All I could think was, 'Opportunity for crime back here.' It was daylight when I got there but it would be well past dark thirty when I would leave. Good lighting but places for people to hide. Once inside, we sat and waited for our party to arrive & the little waiting area off to the side was full of people waiting to be seated as well so they needed to be seated first. We finally got seated and we were 6 but the table only had 4 menus so we had to share. Not a problem. My tea was too sweet for a half and half tea. The food was good and hot, however our server disappeared. Someone at the table said she probably quit because we hadn't seen her in awhile. Other staff had to come check on us and bring us more drinks. They finally brought us are tickets but no one came back to pick up our payments. My husband had to finally get someone else's attention to take our cards so we could get out of there. As busy as this place is, we don't like to stay too long after we finish eating because others are waiting on us to leave. I feel there should be some Plexiglas partitions between the sections(not necessarily all the way to the ceiling but just enough to keep the nose sectioned off a little). Waite staff, at this place should be all hands on deck on a Saturday night. It's a tough gig, I get it, but as busy as that place gets they really needed more help. I was glad the music wasn't up real loud that night. Usually it's hard to hear conversations at the table because of all the other people and the really loud music. Saturday night, however, was nice to be able to have conversations and be able to hear what my friends were saying. I am glad business was good that night for...
