Wendy's — Restaurant in Flowood

1st time, a young tatted white boy was at the window and didn’t even say ah-choo to me. Just took my card, swiped it, and handed me a bag of cold nuggets then closed the window. No greeting, total cost, or salutation said!

2nd time a few months later, a flamboyant black older man waved me down at the first window. I drove up he’d my card out and he took it and INSTANTLY went ham on the card machine! He slid my card excessively and aggressively about 20xs. Saying, “see watch this.” to the girl working with him. I asked for a receipt considering and this man says to me in the most rudest way, “Guh,it ain’t like I can charge you that many times for one thing.” Steadily going off on me as I drove off about a receipt. Ha!

A few more months later. Today, older white lady, working by herself made watery frostycino. Gave it back. Claim to me she knew what she was doing and she makes it all the time (shame cause that mess was water coffee diluting frosty). She told the guy who was late coming in, “GET THESE PEOPLE” but buddy was clocking in and doing what he does. She tossed my drink and asked as if I was bothering her nerves what else I wanted I said OJ (no one is behind me in the drive thru). She says, “here take this crap I don’t care I’m done!” Lol like she had a slew of cars behind me that it would run her window time up.

This is by far the Worse Wendy’s ever!!!! The workers there are always never failing rude! I will drive 3 to 5 miles just to go to another Wendy’s and get better service from happier people. I hope it’s owned by someone else!

Pulled up to the drive thru at 2/3/25, around 7pm with my kids, window down ready to order and heard two employees cussing in the parking lot. No big deal, everyone has bad days, so I press on. I hear "welcome to Wendy's, may I take your order?" I start my order, and then I'm interrupted, with, "hold on," with no niceness at all. Again, after hearing them in the parking lot, no big deal, just a bad day. So after about a minute pause, I hear "go ahead now," so I order my food for me and my 3 kids, and then I'm told to pull up to the 2nd window. I do that, hand the girl my card, and while there, I turn to my boy in the front seat while he asked a question, only to then have a shaking cup put next to me, with no words, just a shaking cup. No bother to speak or even grunt. I take the cup, and they proceed to hand me the other 3 drinks to go with our meals, but no straws, and then I'm asked to pull ahead and wait. Still, not a big deal, usually the straws are put in the bags, and I know 4 meals is a good bit, so we wait. The 2 cars behind me get their food and pull off, in about 2 minutes time, again, 4 meals, I get it, it takes time. So from the time those cars leave until they lazily walk my food out is 8 minutes, 10 minutes total from the time I pulled up. Only 2 cars behind me. I like this Wendy's, never had a problem like this before. They've always been nice and engaging, and good food, but that night, it was terrible. Wait 10 minutes for fries too hot to eat, warm, not hot burgers, and no straws for any drinks, and an attitude for free. There was no urgency, or courtesy with my order as there has been...

I just left the drive thru at this particular Wendy's on Aug 9, 2021 at 745 pm, this young girl at the window, that actually took my order was extremely rude. I told here I wanted lite ice in my drink. I asked her would she take some of the ice out. She stated, "You asked for light ice and that's what I gave you." I told her that it had too much ice in it. She started to go back and forth with me about how much ice was in my drink. I told her that if she didn't want to do it, that I would gladly come in to fix my own drink. The lady manager had to tell her to be quiet, several times, because she was telling the manager that this is lite ice, and that's what I gave her, when the cup was clearly filled with ice.This girl has no business working with the public. She is rude and was obviously having a bad day. I had just gotten off of work and did not deserve this treatment. I tried to call to speak with Bobby, but noone answered the phone. I will definitely be calling back.The disrespect makes me want to never visit this...
