Walked in to purchase 4 different pizzas. Had to repeat my order several times to the lady taking the order. One of the pizzas was not taken right. I got what was given to me and left. When I got back to the place where we were working, I realized that they did not have my order compete. I called the store and talked with a young man. I told him what had happened and he said yes because a new employee had made a mistake. I asked him if they would please bring the pizza they left off to us. He advised me that if his district manager was not there, he could wave the $5 delivery charge. I then stated you are the ones that messed up the order and needed to deliver it to me. He said he couldn't without charging me $5. I said you under stand i just spent over $70 with you and the least he could do was to deliver it. He once again said he would have to charge the fee. I said let me speak to the district manager that he said was there and he said oh he is in a meeting. I stated he is in a meeting at 12 noon on a Sunday. He immediately put me on hold. Note there was only 4 people in the store and no one was a district manager. He came back on the phone and stated he could not come to the phone. I then asked if he knew about Google and he said yes. I told him I was going to place a 1 star and give this review as well as contact the BBB about his business practices. He said go ahead he didn't care. I hung up and I am living up to what I said I was going to do. Their customer service skills needs to be worked on. BTW he told me he was one of the managers working there. After tipping $5 on a delivery that was less than 6 minutes away this was the condition of my pizza. I went back to the store everyone was just sitting around eating chatting playing on their phones. I was stared at by the same delivery guy with no remorse n he had the audacity to tell his “manager” I gave him $5 as tip. U didn’t deserve it and u knew the pizza was like that. Y’all be playing with people too much!!!! If u don’t like ur job leave so somebody else who actually does can!!!! Sick of y’all!!

This is possible THE WORST DOMINOES! EVER! Y’all wouldn’t even try to do better. I’ve placed my order almost 2 hrs and yea y’all closed and cancelled my order. Y’all don’t need to be in business.

Next thing, I’ve witness first hand workers eating with their bare hands and goin straight to making pizzas, handling dirty money and going straight to making pizzas. It’s nasty!!! Would u liked to be served like that???
