Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Foley

I usually love jersey mikes. But today was not good at all. I spent 40 minutes waiting on my Philly sandwich. The two girls working there today had ZERO hustle going on. Moved like snails. I have done nothing but restaurant business so I can understand being short staffed. But to sit there with probably 20 people in the store and not even try to put a little pep in your step? Taking your sweet time? No. They didn't care that I was there for so long. They made my sandwich (first hot sandwich to make next) and made all the other sandwiches behind me as if they were all going to the same people. They let my sandwich sit there and get cold for a good 10/15 minutes and then wrapped it up and passed out when all the other sandwiches were finished. She also burnt my Philly cause it was on the flat top too...

My husband and I split a sandwhich (ther bread was very tough too)and halfway thru his half he spit it out. Bit down on something hard. I went to dormant Lachelle Dobson the “operator” who stared dumbly at me then said I made it myself nothing was wrong with it. Seriously I see why they have a low ranking. She refused to make another sandwich to replace it. Before we left one of the other people there came up and asked what happened. He was not apologetic for the managers behavior which tells me he was used to it sadly. I explained how it was not something I would ever want to eat again. He offered a refund at the end but it was a very bad experience. We are locals here and don’t appreciate the attitude or poor service. Won’t be back if I...

The cheesesteak was the best I’ve had from any other location. The staff were thorough and excelled in customer service skills. At one point, an elderly lady came in on a sitting Walker and ordered to go. The one lady behind the counter told her she wanted to help her back to her car after completing her order. She helped her outside and helped her get her Walker back in the car. I told her when she came back in that she was a very sweet lady for doing that. She told me she was compelled to help her because she reminded her of her mom who died last year. So y’all go visit these ladies who rock these awesome...
