Customer service is the provision of service to customers before, during and after a purchase. The perception of success of such interactions is dependent on employees "who can adjust themselves to the personality of the guest”
I called in an order on the phone, the new employee did not understand how to place my order correctly, after telling her my order and that I was the way, asked”it 10-15 min is enough time”. They placed me hold, then I received a very important phone call and switch over to take the call. I then arrived at the location to swing in quickly and grab the pizza. To only be told that the pizza was not ready because I never placed the order, which was because they did not take my name and phone number. The young man behind the counter said that I did not place the order and the young lady tried to return my money to me. I said so you did not make the pizza? I would like the pizza” he then informed me I was disruptive to him and his customers and asked me to leave. I was like are you for real?? He then threatened me with the police if I did not leave the store. I contact the corporate office and they informed him to make the pizza. Then called the manger in the am, she was still blaming me for not giving my name and phone and stated that since I had ordered gluten free pizza and they don’t sell it that often they did not want to make the pizza Incase I was not coming to get it?? This is the most ridiculous event, and I can’t beileve they can treat customers with kind of disrespect. I am very disappointed with the lack of professionalism and attitude of a young man to an adult and a manager to a customer. I will not be going back here which is a huge disappointment because my daughter, whom was with me when this happen and left the store crying because she thought I was going to jail, has a gluten intolerance and they make fresh pizza. The corporate office stated the owner would be calling me and I still have not received a phone call!! 1st off you should of placed the order when someone calls it in 2nd you should never blame the customer for you not ringing it in the order! 3rd off you should not threaten a customer because they are frustrated you did complete their order. 4th a manager should fix problems not further make excuse and blame again. Rant over this place does not know how to...
Read moreWas in the car while my mom attempted to get help with an order over speaker phone. I’m in my 30’s and my mom, although pretty tech savvy, couldn’t figure out how to get what she wanted ordering online as part of an online promotion. The website or app wasn’t allowing her to specify toppings. So she calls the store to see if they can help her with the order over the phone. Not only did the young man who answered tell her that No, he could not do this - she had to order online for this deal- he proceeded to insult my sweet mom with profanities after he thought we had hung up. We both heard everything on speaker and my mom was so embarrassed we ended up going to a grocery store instead to get a frozen pizza. I am absolutely appalled at this.
Having seen the world transform in the last 20 years from little technology to a world where we rely on it, I remember when employees acted as if they cared, and companies treated their customers with kindness and respect. I’ve worked in plenty of restaurants and food service enough to believe that Papa Murphy‘a could have taken 45 seconds to figure a work around and treat my mom like a human being.
Very disappointed in your standards and ethics and I hope others reading this take our experience into consideration our experience before...
Read moreCan’t rate the food. It’s take out only, so no atmosphere to speak of. Placed an online order around 2 to be picked up at 5:15 . When I arrived to pick up, they hadn’t even started it. The guys who were just standing around with their hands in their pockets said they’d been really busy. However while I waited for them to make the pizzas, only one other customer arrived to pick up an order. It would be really nice if on the website they placed a nice piece of info:”We do NOT bake the pizzas, you do.” I did see one place on the website where you could purchase unbaked items; leading me to believe it was an option, not the norm. The guys were rude, and we won’t be back. Okay. Finally got the pizzas home, baked and eaten. Ordered original crust on all of them. Everyone agreed they were “okay”, and if that if they were original crust , we wouldn’t want to see how thin their thin crust was.So again, we...
