The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Foley

I love their Ham Salad!! Since i found out about this place- I have been ordering from them thru the Waitr app atleast once every week.. sometimes more. There was a miscommunication and I did not receive one of the meals that I had ordered. The waitr driver called them back and explained I was missing a whole meal. I must admitt that i was pretty hangry- not at the driver but about the situation so i called HoneyBaked Ham after she left to see if i could screen shot my order to them so they can see what i was charged for vs what i got.. It was a huge misunderstanding on both our parts but They were excellent and fast at fixing the problem.. not only were they considerate with making it fast and apologetic.. they gave me extra ham salad! The lady at the counter was condescending and talked rudely to my fiancé when she asked what the sides are. Seems like a pretty normal question a new patron may have. She also added extra items to our bill and seems irritated that we noticed and brought it up after paying. They credited it back to our card but offered no apologies for the inconvenience or the lackluster performance of their staff. The food was good but I will not be returning to this...

Bought small ham for four people and roasted turkey. Spent $107. Ham was mostly FAT! Was embarrassed to serve it for our company New Year's Year. Spent half hour cutting off FAT as we needed food for our company. Never have We had such a bad cut of Honey Baked Ham! Turkey was good! The lady never showed me the ham prior to wrapping it up which I thought was odd ( cameras should prove this). Can't...
