The Cosmetics Company Store — Local services in Foley

I was today in the store. The girl there (she told me her name and I guess is Manwalla I hope I spelled it correctly) was extremely nice, friendly and professional. At one point a rude customer came in yelling that she was given a wrong product. The worker, who was helping a few customers in the store and one over the phone, apologized but reminded her that she picked herself the product since it was in the clearance area and offered to help her with the right product. The rude customer kept yelling without any respect of the customers in the store and the one over the phone. She clearly wanted a free product and asked the worker so sneak it in her bag. That poor worker had to hung up with the customer on the phone and go getting her cell phone to call the manager. If it was me, I would have punched that customer in the face. 5 stars to the way she stayed calm and asked that customer to calm down too. Awful customer service from Sonya the manager. Worst cosmetic company store period. Do not order from here for shipping. The box was not packed fully so the Tom Ford fragrances were rattling around within the shipping box. One cracked and chipped at the collar leaking considerably and they told me to contact UPS... how would that work when YOU paid for shipping and any insurance. I should be issued store credit and the store would deal with UPS on the back end. This particular fragrance was open box without cellophane and the packer thought it was a good idea to depend on tape at the collar of the fragrance. The store has some great deals but the WORST customer service from the manager Sonya. She follows women of color around the store. I asked to smell a tester of a fragrance that I was gonna buy she said yesterday "you people" came in and sprayed a lot of one of the display bottles. When I asked who you people were she got upset. She hit the counter with my fragrance and said "If you want to smell it that bad open yours and smell it" I then asked her her name 3 times she refused and asked y I needed it. I told her to report her to corporate she then gave it to me and asked me to leave the store. I reported it to corporate a week ago and Im still waiting on a response.
