Express Factory Outlet — Local services in Foley

My husband is not a clothes shopper and hates going into the mall period. Express was our 4th stop trying to find him dress pants for work and he was over it. We go in and we finally found pants in his size and that stretch the way he likes them to. The employees were incredibly kind and just overall going above and beyond for us and other customers. While I was waiting for my husband, I noticed one of the employees go up to a customer and give her a few of his recommendations. They didn’t have an item she was looking for so he found something similar and I was amazed at the above and beyond customer service. My husband found 4 pairs of pants and he’s beyond happy with them. I can’t wait to do some clothes shopping for myself, and hopefully I’ll be able to see Caleb and Carson...

I visited the Tanger Express Outlet and I wasn't happy at all with the store. The girl up front was sitting on her phone and wouldn't assist me with clothing sets. As a former employee of Express in 2010, I assumed it was the employees duty to assist. I had never been to this location and had online purchases I needed to swap sizes. The dressing room was full of other customers clothing and the floor was absolutely nasty. I should of taken photos! There was a blood stain on the wall that grossed me out entirely. Walked in today , both employees were leaning over the counter on their phones and never acknowledged us. When it came time to checkout one employee assisted us with earbuds still in her ear and seemed like we were an inconvenience. The guy still stood there loudly watching videos and never even looked up. Usually this behavior doesn't bother me but this was extremely excessive and disrespectful. Thought management should know as I'm sure like us, customers will not...
