Up N Smoke - Vape Shop — Local services in Foley

I usually don’t read others reviews before I leave mine but glad I did, I believe these owners are going above and beyond and learning so quickly their products as well as the staff. Each time in I see a huge difference in the understanding and knowledge of the vape products, I saw a review that is very disturbing and it’s only made to hurt this new Buisness that bringing jobs and revenue into our town even though I’m currently in Gulf Shores I still claim Foley it’s allowed!

This reviewer says “ they are not checking IDs and selling to minors “ I have to say my I’d had never been checked at any vape shop ever. I’m fifty and appalled!! Not really, I get it , she is only out to hurt this Buisness and having a well extremely small Buisness myself it makes me really angry when people try to hurt a new Buisness because of their view towards what they sell? Or maybe it’s because of the cool Rock India music he plays real load ! I love it by the way! Literally sold me two wrong atomizers and I asked if I could attempt to replace it in store and realized it was the wrong item. Associate them informed me 1 min after purchase that the drawer couldn't be opened to refund my money so I'd have to use my credit towards store credit. After a min or two of explaining that I wasn't from here and I didn't need anything other than the correct atomizer that wasn't in stock, he finally said, "I'll just give you your money back and you have a great day" in a terribly condescending tone. He threw my money on the counter and walked off in frustration. Who would sell something knowing the item wouldn't work and then try to keep your money hostage? What a fool, what a terrible place....

The store itself was clean and seemed to have a decent variety. However customer service is far more important. I asked the man working behind the counter for a specific brand. They didn't have it which is OK I get that. I asked him if he recommended any other brand and He rudely , as if I wasn't good enough for his time, said just buy one of my top sellers. I again ask him politely which one would you recommend. His response was What flavor do you like. Well I'm asking a recommendation because I don't know what flavor I like.
