Waffle House — Restaurant in Foley

Stopped in last to feed 9 hungry people after a very long day of dance recitals around 9pm last night. Only one person spoke, she knew us from a different waffle house. They changed shifts right as we were sitting down. The new waitstaff walked in with attitude. As soon as she got there she put up a sign that they were doing take out only. She was definitely not amused about having to wait on us.

Now onto the food. Normally WH is right on point. 3 out of 4 waffles were delivered, and all 3 were burnt. We asked that they be replaced. We were met with eye rolling. Getting a drink refill was next to impossible. I had to ask for unsweetened tea to cut the overly sweet tea.

I fully understand that EVERYONE is short staffed at this point. I even understand that that causes issues like carry out only. What is doesn't do is create attitude issues with your patrons. She wasn't by herself, she had a man there to wait tables as well. There was no reason for her to be unkind. Get...

Wasn't happy with my experience at all this time. I go to waffle House on average 3 times a week, but I usually go to the one in Summerdale. I chose this one instead for once, because i was meeting a coworker there and it was basically a halfway point for us. I ordered a 2 egg breakfast with hashbrowns, chili, wheat toast, bacon lightly cooked, and over easy eggs(which means runny yolk). What I actually got was, hashbrowns no chili (I had to ask for it after waiting 5min thinking it was cooking or something), white toast, bacon was overcooked twice before done right the third time, and eggs were cooked through and through(basically a hard boiled egg just flattened).. As I was having just gotten off work (8am) and pulled a 16hr shift I didn't want to wait to have to have my order remade. There were 8 people working (only 4 customers besides me were there) granted one was new and training but he wasn't the one who did my order.. It just showed me not to go back to this Waffle...

Worst Waffle House I've ever eaten at in my life. Go at your own will. I visited this location on Saturday Jan 7 2023 around 5:30-6pm and ordered a Tbone Steak and eggs and Allstar breakfast.

They need to send the cook to Waffle house culinary school ASAP. I felt that they intentionally ruined my meal. I ordered to go, therefore I did not know the taste until I got to my destination. and was not able to call the store, due to their phone stating that they do not accept calls because they are busy, even though the store was empty.

First the Steak was full of Salt. It's like who ever cooked it, never cook food in their life before. they added a pound of salt to the steak and I could not eat it. The hash brown's were cold and limp, they had no crust on them and tasted raw.

The eggs were okay I must say, but not the greated. The toast was cold an limp. It's like they tried pulled the food too fast and made it salty. I will never visit this...
