I'd give zero stars, I used to come in everyday to get their new parfait with 2 very simple modifications, I'd ask for it to be put into a bowl instead of the small cup they originally offer because it's impossible to mix in the original small cup and second I'd ask for extra parfait "mix", apparently a manager was present one day and over heard my order, that manager says nothing to me and instead gets their employee the next day to tell me the order is... now get this, "it's too complicated of an order" and that they can no longer sell it to me, I reminded them I am paying extra for the mods and in addition they allow modifying on every single other item on their menu! You can modify all smoothies all bowls and everything else on their menu but the parfait is apparently off limits and "tooooo complicated" to be put into a bowl even if the customer is willing to pay extra for the mods, absolutely zero customer service! This is the new "customer service" we all experience in food places now, if you ask for anything extra or modded there is no willingness to serve the customer and it's met with a flirt of attitude and employees spiraling into micro exhaustion along with a dash of anxiety, it's too much effort to do what they already do for every single item on their...
Read moreA few days ago, my family and I made a quick trip here. We walked in, and there were two people working. One of the employees acknowledged us and asked us to order on the app because they were so busy. We had a decent sized order (5 smoothies), so it took us some time to get our order in on the app. We were still standing there when another group walked in. The employee proceeded to help the people who walked in behind us. I told her we hadn't even gotten our order in. She shrugged us off and helped the people behind us. I mentioned the app wasn't taking our payment, and then she finally helped us. It would have been better if she had just told us to wait five minutes, then she could help us. This is a hard-working group of young people that go out of their way to deliver excellence. Glad to know Customer Service is alive and well at Nekter!
