This Taco Bell establishment has consistently failed to meet my expectations, leading me to reconsider my patronage. The excessive wait time of over 20 minutes in the drive-thru for a pre-ordered order is unacceptable. When the order was partially fulfilled, the staff instructed me to return to the front, resulting in an additional delay. Despite my willingness to comply with their request, I was unwilling to endure the inconvenience. I hope someone can watch a video documenting the immature and unprofessional behavior of the employees. The refund process is cumbersome, requiring me to use the app, which further prolongs the wait time. Furthermore, I was informed by a Taco Bell employee that I must complete the refund process online, despite the store’s inability to assist me. While attempting to obtain a refund, the teenage employee repeatedly demanded that I leave and provided me with instructions on receiving the refund, which I had already received multiple times. I explained to the staff that they had instructed me to follow specific steps to obtain a refund for food that had not been delivered. However, they disregarded my concerns and declared the food ready, opting to give me the meal and expedite my departure. The overall experience was marred by the unprofessional conduct of the staff, which has eroded my trust in the quality of the food. The young employees’ decision to call the police on me for blocking the drive-thru, despite their previous advice to use the app for a refund and extending my wait time, further compounded the situation. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment and recommend ordering food from other reputable restaurants.

Every time I come here they take forever. It’s a norm apparently since they automatically offer you a discount or free stuff before check out. Today I came in on my lunch break and saw the drive thru was super backed up and wasn’t moving, and from experience I would be sitting there, so I thought maybe it will be quicker inside. I walk in, had to wait for someone to come get my order. I order and then sit to wait. I’m waiting and waiting. I then get up to go to the restroom after sitting there for 15 mins. I come out and notice everyone that ordered after me was getting their food. I go up to them and let them know that I’ve been waiting for 15 mins, then she just tells me that someone took my food. Read morehi, so I came through the drive-through at around 11:30pm and I was waiting for about 15 or 20 minutes and I did not get an answer and I was just sitting there and so I pull out and I come around and I see a bunch of employees smoking marijuana in the dumpster and you could just smell it it reeked and I had tried to go back through the drive-through again and when I finally did get an answer I ordered and I pulled up and I I asked what's going on because this was my second time going through and he just said oh I'm sorry they were on their break and he also reeked of weed and I believe that this was one of the managers terrible experience overall and I am 100% not coming back because the service and the atmosphere was terrible but not only did it take forever just to get my order.
