I was very happy with my service and my food was great but as I was sitting there I could smell sour old food and I started looking around and saw food splattered all over the walls and dirty prints on the walls above the seats. I ran my hand over the seat of my booth and it was crusted with dried old food. The iPad on the table was covered in greasy food prints and the window sills that separated the booths were covered with thick dust as well as the black iron bars and then as I walked out I saw the glass windows and doors were covered in greasy hand prints. I was so grossed out I brought it to the servers attention and she was very nice and said she would tell the busser but this kind of cleanliness goes beyond a bussers job. I wish I got more pictures to post. That entire restaurant was filthy and the fact there was dried food and DUST is an indication that MONTHS have gone by without it being cleaned. At this point It needs more than to be wiped with a damp rag. The whole restaurant needs to be scrubbed with hot soapy water and bleach.

This Olive Garden rarely disappoints. The restaurant is kept clean and tidy. It has a rustic Italian villa interior vibe. The food is on point. Delicious. And if you dine in, they provide a complimentary green salad and bread sticks. They even ask if you want seconds without blinking an eye. Yes, please! My faves are the spaghetti and meatballs, and the chicken parmigiana. I usually order the lunch special to go. The to go salad is packed in a huge container. They also pack two breadsticks. The spaghetti and meatballs plate comes with two nice sized meatballs. The chicken parmigiana is breaded with a nice crisp crust with a moist, tender filet. They have a lunch soup and salad option for $11.49. There are four soups to choose from: minestrone, pasta fagioli, zuppa toscano, and chicken and gnocchi. Lunch prices average $13.49. The lunch specials are not available on the weekends, only weekdays. I also enjoy the lively, upbeat Italian theme music they play. Think Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin… 1940-50 genre of music.

Came here for a quick dinner after the game. Check in and getting seated was a breeze as they have a waitlist online. The breadsticks and house salad was consistent, especially with the Alfredo dipping sauce. The lasagna was a bit dry so we had to ask for extra sauce on the side, the spaghetti with meatball was good, the broccoli Alfredo was also on the dry side and needed more sauce, overall the flavor and seasoning were consistent. the house red blend wine was delicious. The Zuppa soup was also good. Our server Christian was very much on top of it tonight. **Don’t forget to follow me on IG and Yelp for more great foodie places to check out Follow... @Only1ChristineLu **

We went to the Olive Garden to celebrate my birthday. It used to be one of my favorite restaurants, not anymore. We were seated in a very noisey bar. We had to basicly yell at each other to hear. After about 15 minutes the bar quieted down, thank God. Being that we were seated in the bar and could see the bartender just talking to patrons made me very put off when it took 15 minutes to get my glass of sangria. We wanted to start with an appetizer being that this was a special occasion, what we wanted they of course were out of. So going with the waiters suggestion we got the 5 cheese dip. It came out scorched and in 1 clump. We went ahead and ordered dinner and more drinks. It took our waiter 10 minutes to bring out the soup and salad. Within 5 minutes out comes our dinner. The presentation on the food on my plate was awful. I ordered the chicken scampi. The dish is supposed the be noodles on the bottom with sauce over the pasta with 5 to 6 chicken tenders in a circle on the top. My dish came out like someone put it in a bowl stirred it up and sent it out. At one point we had to hunt down our waiter to get more bread sticks, it was awful. Then it came time to pay the bill. The bill came to 71.31, my husband gave the waiter a hundred dollar bill needless to say we had to hunt down the waiter again because the change he dropped off at the table was 10 dollars short. We could not help but notice that our waiter only had 2 tables in the bar area so I do not know what the issue was with our service, the quality of the food I know was not the waiters fault . The overall experience is at this point making search for a new...

wanted to bring attention to a concerning experience I had at the Olive Garden in Folsom. As a 20-year-old female guest, I felt deeply uncomfortable and disrespected by the behavior of the manager, Ray.

From the moment I interacted with him, his comments and actions felt completely inappropriate. Ray made personal, uncomfortable remarks that had no place in a professional setting, and it was clear his behavior was crossing boundaries. As a young woman, I should not have to worry about feeling unsafe or disrespected while dining out.

What made matters worse was witnessing Ray’s behavior toward one of the staff members. It was apparent that his conduct with the employee was also off-putting—he made several comments that seemed far too familiar and inappropriate for a manager to say to a worker. It felt like an environment where boundaries were not being respected, and it left me feeling uneasy throughout my visit.

The combination of his creepy behavior toward me as a guest and his inappropriate actions with a staff member makes me feel that this situation needs to be addressed immediately. Everyone should be treated with respect in both the workplace and as customers, and unfortunately, that wasn’t the case during my visit.

I hope that management takes this feedback seriously and looks into improving the professionalism and conduct of their staff to ensure that all guests and employees feel safe...

UPDATE: 12/29/24: still Expensive lol even more! But the new fad is to offer options but not say they cost Extra!!!! Took it out of the tip. See u in a few years maybe.

UPDATE: 9/2/23 went for my birthday for lunch, $10.99 for dry fetuccine and no chicken, raviolis for my wife and one coke was $33 with 5 dollar tip.. comparison chilis is $35 with tip for a big ass burger and a great platter for the wife and a coke.. also its so big my kids can eat from there, so yea the value is not there we will keep Making our pasta at home.

UPDATE: the $21 fettuccine alfredo with chicken had basically no sauce, bread took for ever to come had to ask for it twice. No worth it see u in a couple more months maybe years.

had to drop it to 3 stars. food is good but just not worth the price. $18.50 for fetuccine alfredo with chicken are u kidding me! i been to seadood restaurants that dont charge that much and its seafood. i believe that same dish was like 14.99 that was ok i guess but with this new.prices am gonna have only visit them once in a a while if ever.

UPDATE: haven't been here in years, dropped it another start cuz its more expensive but what really ticked me off is they are getting sleezy, waiters Will tell if u want dipping sauces or other things as if they are included but then they are not so they are already over priced dishes now u have another $10 on top not counted on. See u in another few...
