The first issue with this place is that the lobby is never open. That's incredibly strange, considering many other restaurants in area have dine in service. The place always looks deserted when we are in town. Because you can't get in, we went through the drive-thru. I pull up and it takes a solid minute for anyone to speak and I nearly pulled off because I thought that maybe they were closed. Finally an agitated voice speaks up and says, "What can I get started for you?" I asked if I could please have a minute, since the menu was only partially lit and I can't read everything very well. I get no reply. Almost pulled off again because I thought it was an automated greeting that they hadn't turned off yet. I took all of 1 minute to ask for 2 classic chicken sandwiches, one without mayo and one without pickles. I asked for the drink with no ice and medium fries. I get my total and pull forward. I hand over my card and am handed my drink... with ice. I politely and a little apologetically to her that I asked for no ice and the employee just stares at me like I just offended her somehow. I let the awkward few seconds pass and tell her that it's fine because I would rather not let that go to waste. I was asked to park and waited over 5 minutes for my order. The employee who brought out the food was snickering and handed it to me without a word. Highly suspicious. Both sandwiches have no mayo and both have pickles... If we fall ill I will know that this place is as sketchy as it looks. Either way, we'll never be back. Corporate needs to take a close look at this location. Many reviewers had similar...
Read moreWorst location and just about business I’ve been to. Every time I have been the service is terrible, the workers are not the nicest and food is eh. This time just trying to get lunch during work I had such a bad and weird interaction with the cashier I won’t be returning- my receipt says Augustina was my cashier but it was a middle- aged woman in a burgundy Vans brand sweater with checked across the front. She barely said anything to me the entire interaction, she didn’t acknowledge literally anything I said it was so weird, I asked for a receipt and she made a nasty face and didn’t say a word when I asked for any condiments or said bye. I even showed my coworker my dashcam video and they thought it was terrible or how she acted. She made ordering very difficult at the screen and got some things wrong (drink, etc which she also acted terrible with) and forget ever coming here in a rush- expect to take forever in the pick up line. I don’t expect any sort of treatment, I’ve worked fast food and been there but at least treat me like a person and with basic respect... super u comfortable to be treated so. I won’t return and don’t often write reviews but I will hear if it helps someone. My order number was #3081,...
Read moreOh no. I had strange drive thru encounter that left me short changed.
We rolled up to the drive thru. Hubs asked what items were available in the 2 for $7 special. Which she said was the chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, and cheeseburger. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and chili. She asked if we wanted a combo or separate cheeseburgers. He relied no combos. When we got to the window to pay, the amount was $8 more than we anticipated. After we got the food, I checked the bag and asked for the receipt. We saw that instead of charging 2 for $7 for the Dave single cheeseburgers (which was the special), we got charged $7 each. Oh no! So we asked for a refund for the difference. The cashier stated that we ordered wrong because we declined the combos. I'm confused at this point and asked for $7 back. She gave us $7 but kept our receipt. The actual amount owed back to us was closer to $8.63. But we took the $7 and moved on. And the Dave's singles were the tiniest Dave's single burger I've seen. They seem to be jr sized patties just fancied up with lettuce, tomato slice, and onions to pass off as a Dave...
