This Burger King has the worst service ever! It's no wonder that McDonald's has more customers because they have better service. I went to this Burger King on a promotion that I drive by McDonald's to activate a coupon in order to get a penny for a Whopper. Upon me placing my order through drive thru. I was told that I needed a coupon number. This app did not provide a coupon number. In fact it asked to register or log on which I was registering it then it deleted my offer. However my daughter was with me and she also had the app and the offer which was not touched, as well as me having proof that I went through McDonald's as I had to buy french fries which I still had when I got to Burger King. The manager on duty told me that he needed it coupon code in order to honor the promotion. I explained that once I try to mess with the app it deleted my offer but you can clearly see that I followed all the rules by going to McDonalds having my daughter's phone with the app still activated and my phone showing that it's been locked because of the added Necessities at the apps requiring. The manager had the nerve to tell me to drive back to McDonald's to unlock it. Keep in mind the McDonald's was nowhere near Burger King, and I was not about to go drive back to McDonald's just to allow the app to unlock the offer. it's very clear that I have all the evidence to show that we've done everything we needed to honor the coupon. He then said that he is not going to help me and that I needed to leave before he called the cops. I express I am also a customer and would like to see if we can get this resolved. he slammed the drive-thru window on me and threaten to call the cops. He was so loud in speaking with me that people in the restaurants turn heads. it's managers and employees like that that make me not ever want to go back to another Burger King for the rest of my life. I could easily afford to buy a Whopper at full price however this was about the principle of it and how a manager can yell down to a customer and threaten the customer and slammed the window in her face. So this is a warning for anyone who's going to this location beware he's African-American and he was the afternoon shift manager today. This is the worst experience I have ever had to deal with when it comes to fast food I'm traumatized and this situation put me to tears I'm very ashamed of Burger King and will never step foot in another Burger King restaurant. Read moreI would love to rate them 5 stars. I went through Drive-Thru and apparently the young boy that was attending to the Drive-Thru customers didn't usually do that job. That is no excuse for the lack of professionalism and lack of good customer service. The reason why I say that is because the young boy didn't ask me if I would like a receipt. Their machine was not working but they didn't let me know. He didn't even tell me the amount of my change. So to be honest I felt ignored when it came to communication. They were lacking in that area. However, another young gentlemen came to attend to me when I brought it up, why do we have to bring it up though?? Anyways, the other gentlemen was kind enough to apologize for the negative experience I had and I really do appreciate that. I understand it takes a lot to do so.
