I wish I could give this place less starts. Whoever Joel is claims he is the manager. His customer service is repulsing. I ordered from this place and 2 hours later still no pizza. I called in and spoke to "Joel" who then informed me that my pizza was on the road. He proceeded to say he would not contact the driver because the driver is driving. Keep in mind this guy never even asked my name or address but was so sure my order was out. I then received an email while on the phone with this guy that said sorry your order was not what we expected here's a coupon to make it up. I asked him what does this email mean he goes on to say I dont know I dont send emails.I then asked him to just refund my order in which he told me he would not until the driver returned to the store with the order. I asked for the number to corporate which he refused to provide. Ten minutes later still no pizza so I called the store again. Who else answers but none other than Joel. I asked him once again to refund my order he yells to someone in the back sounded like he may have been saying Fernando. He then gets back on the line and tells me that he confirmed with the driver that he delivered the order and the gentleman told him to leave it by the door. Keep in mind there is no gentleman here at this address. I informed him of such and that I asked that it be left on The stool in front of the door in the instructions. He places me on hold gets back on the line and says I just confirmed with my driver that he left it on the stool in front of the door he then proceeded to ask me if I was alone or if there was a gentleman here. I already informed him there was no gentleman at this address. He says well that's beside the point I already canceled your order. Read moreI ordered a pickup using my free dominos emergency reward on Tuesday 10/29/2024 around 10:00pm pst . I went to pickup my pizza at a dominos location located at 16863 foothills blvd, Fontana ca 92335. Upon approaching the door at roughly 10:15pm, the door was locked. I saw a staff member inside who glanced at me and ignored me. I waved and pulled on the door again and the staff member continued to glance at me and ignore me. I was not greeted through the glass or even asked what was there for. I stood outside the door for 5-10 minutes before leaving. I called the store and a lady picked up the phone, I explained I just went to the store to pick up my pizza order and she advised I can come to the front door and she would unlocked it to pick up my order. I told her I had already went home and I was at the front door for several minutes and was blatantly ignored. I asked to speak to the manager in which she replied she was the manager. I told her it was inexcusable for a manager to ignore customers if the store was still open. She still had an obligation to approach the door and ask why I was there vs to ignore me completely. I told her I no longer wanted the pizza and I would be filling a corporate complaint. I believe this to be a discrimination because of my ethnicity as I was looked upon in a negative way from the staff member/manager when I approached the location upon pickup. Read moreI walk in, 6 people working in the back probably more, didnt really wanna count, a tall rude guy and a girl taking orders on the phone were at the front, a mom and her daughter walk in, they forgot something, I let them go first to take a second look of the menu, the mom gets here missing item, I was ready then, but a guy walks in and the rude guy takes his order, it was a pick up, I let it go, then he goes gets his food for that customer, I was waiting at the front then, the customer then asked him for a bottle of coke which it wasnt on his previous order, the tall rude guy instead of helping me decided to help the guy make a new order, I step a way to let this transaction go, after he was done another customer walks in, the girl at that point gets off the phone and asks that new guy if he was helped instead of asking me, the talk rude guy also asks that new customer if anyone helped him, the girl said "I did". At that point, one employee was all the way in the back saw me waiting and getting passed on like I was invisible 3 times decided to come up to the front and help. At that time the rude guy then! Decides to ask me if I was helped... because of all this experience and didnt even order what I wanted because I was irritated at that point... and that is my wonderful experience...
