Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Fontana

The food was really good the reason I'm giving this location a low star review is because my sister is vegan. She ordered a sofritas/tos burrito idk exactly what it's called. The guy who added the veggies had cheese dairy on his glove and liked that rolled her burrito up. She didn't want to purchase they said we can redo it. She accepted, but the guy who rolled it up seemed offended and told her next time to say she wants gluten free, once again she's vegan lol. So she got a bowl not her burrito but it was ok when she was eating it she realized there was beef meat in it . The sofritas/sofritos was cross contaminated. She felt embarrassed to ask for a refund but if she's vegan she should not feel ashamed for not wanting to eat that bowl with beef in it. So I asked for the refund. The lady supervisor gave me the refund but she did it with a really bad attitude. She later came and gave my sister 2 free coupons for free bowls, tacos or burritos. My sister gave it a chance she's never going again. The food for me was really good but the way they reacted to the complaints was so bad. I placed an order to go on chipotle app. Picked up order when time was set to pick up. I get all the way home and the chicken burrito I ordered was magically a steak bowl with literally none of additions I asked for. So I attempt to call but no one answered and got hung up on twice. When I went down there I just asked for them to make my order. The sticker was correct but everything bellow it was completely wrong. I wait they bring me out as I’m walking out the door I look at the burrito,there was guacamole in it, which I did not order. So again I had to wait for another burrito to be made. We will see if it’s correct this time....third timed the charm right?!?!?!?!?! Nope!!! Went for lunch today, and I was very upset the way food servers did my order. First the portion of my chicken wasn't the as the portion of the beef order....The next issue was when I got my vegetables( lettuce) they had very little lettuce left in the food server container, the sorry and lazy employee instead of bringing more lettuce , she scrapped all that was left in the bottom and sides of the container and expected me to be happy with the little left over lettuce for my order...she did nothing or asked me if I wanted more lettuce until I complained about my order and the service that she went and brought more lettuce....Dont waste your money with this sorry customer service store....you better of with a McDonald salad. From 1 through 5 , I would rate this Chipotle...
