I ordered a Grande Nitro Cold Brew with Salted Foam, heavy cream and 1 pump of vanilla. This was on 07/30/19 at around 8:45am-8:50am.
I also ordered a Tall Green Tea Latte with Almond Milk and Light Ice.
Both unfortunately were made sub-par. It happens. No big deal.
For context, we order these drinks almost on a daily basis. So when we mentioned that the GrNtrCBr was made incorrectly, the male cashier was nice enough to offer to have it re-made. No issue there.
When it came out the second time, it clearly was a regular cold brew with foam sitting on it instead of a Nitro Cold Brew; coming out COMPLETELY different than the first time (I wish I had taken pictures; it was night and day). I mentioned to the cashier that was also made incorrectly considering it was just a cold brew with foam and no sight of heavy cream (you would notice because it was just dark clear cold brew sitting on the bottom half of the cup).
Instead of providing a solution, the cashier proceeded to question if I was sure of what I ordered, insisting it was made correctly. Complete change in attitude. I mentioned I order this drink almost everyday and this was far from it.
No other solution was provided. No further friendly customer service was available. If it weren’t for a tentative appointment, I would’ve waited to figure out how many tries it would’ve taken to get the orders made correctly. I’d put my money on it...
Read moreI come to this location 5 times a week, I never spend less than $15 per visit, and I always tip. The morning and afternoon staff are great, but my experience with the late night staff tonight pissed me off. I use the app to order per usual, get to the window and it all goes downhill from there. I'm handed my frap and an apple croissant, so I wait for the girl to come back, and I tell her I've ordered 2 croissants. She looks me right in the face and says "we only had that one left, would you like a butter croissant?" I replied no, she said just a second. Walked to the back, and got another employee. After whispering at the register for a minute, the 2nd girl comes and asks if she can see the bag they gave me with the croissant, I hand it to her, she then says " oh, you did order more than one" she then goes to the back, and comes back with a 2nd croissant...the one they were out of??? My point is, I was lied to for no reason, then basically accused of trying to I guess scam a croissant, then handed the 2nd croissant as if none of this had taken place. I know people have bad days, I do too. But that entire interaction was not necessary. If I had not already been on the clock, I would have stayed to make my point. Read moreFirst time & last time at this location. There are signs posted indicated where you can and can't park based on the business you are going to and general parking is very very limited. Dinning in options are also small, maybe 7 small round tables inside and 1 large table. The music there was WAY to loud. The workers there were not unfriendly, but they didn't smile once or say welcome or make eye contact with the customers. But here's the main reason for my 1 star review, when my friends and I were sitting, talking, vibing, it was evening, 8:30pm, a gentlemen walked up and said something, it was too loud I had to ask him to repeat everything twice. He said have any of us made a purchase today? They are only allowed to let paying customers sit inside. We sat at 1 of the 8 tables and there were 6 more open... They also would not give out the restroom code unless we made a purchase. Again, not smiling not unfriendly or unprofessional, but the experience was such that I am not going back there to give Starbucks my business or recommend others going to this spot Honestly I realize I just had a negative experience & its likely the policy's of Starbucks...
