If I could give no stars I would. I visited this store wanting to return a shirt that was damaged. I had the original receipt but had misplaced the tags, but seen the shirt on the sales floor. The individual at the register first asked if I had gotten at Burlington store, which I had and told her I saw it on the floor and would retrieve it to match up the tag to the receipt, which she told me that she could not return the item without the tags store policy. When I read the return policy in the back of my receipt it said I just needed the original receipt nothing about tags, I am now stuck with a shirt that has a hole in it. I can take in to fix but of course that is more money. I even emailed customer service at Burlington with NO response not even an apology. I will not be returning here just be careful you inspect all clothes before purchasing and you keep your tagâs as they will not return without it. FYI I had emailed customer service 08/10/25 with no response. Thanks for the customer...
Read moreI had to shop for a dress, I had an event later in the evening, so I took my time to look around and pick out the ones wanted to try out. When I walked over to the dressing rooms, they were blocked off with tables. I asked a sales associate if theyâd open them up soon. She asked the manager who was in his office next door to fitting rooms & apparently he said âin a little bitâ. Mind you, I arrived early morning and by this time it was late morning. So I waited and waited and waited⌠Manager knew I wanted to try out the dresses and didnât care. Eventually, I was fed up and left all the dresses in front of the fitting room, on the table. What kind of manager doesnât let people try out the clothes? I donât know what the deal was, but I went next door to Ross, picked out all of my dresses and comfortably tried them on. Definitely a first time experiencing this, I canât comprehend it. Even as a former retail employee - thatâs just bad customer service, It seemed like they didnât want any...
Read more"I recently visited the Burlington store and had a disappointing experience with Manager Alex. While checking out, Alex abruptly interrupted the transaction between the professional cashier and me, inserting himself into our conversation. His demeanor was intimidating and unprofessional.
What bothered me most was Alex's intrusive behavior, prying into matters that didn't concern him. His unsettling appearance only added to the discomfort.
As a customer, I expect respect and a smooth shopping experience. Alex's actions fell short.
Improvement suggestions:
Train managers to respect customer boundaries
Ensure professionals handle transactions without interruptions
Address Alex's behavior to maintain a welcoming store atmosphere
I've been shopping here for yearsđ¤..BACK TO SHOPPING AT THE...
