Ross Dress for Less — Local services in Fontana

Employees are rude as hell… first of all I went to go try on some clothes with my sister and had two items on my hands I walk towards the fitting room and the worker luciana had already been watching us and staring at us while we were shopping. I go tell her I would like to try these two items and she cuts me off and says “put them on the rack” she hands me my card and I go to change. As I’m getting ready to get out of the fitting room I had left the card number inside one of the stalls and someone had already entered it after I had gotten out. So I went ahead and informed Luciana that the card was in the stall but someone is occupying it at the moment. She basically raises her voice at me and says “well I need that card” with a horrible attitude. My sister and I go back and wait to see if we can get it but I’m not going bug somebody else who is also trying to put on clothes and it was already around closing time. I go back and tell her that I need to go and I have stuff to do that I’m not going to wait around just to get some card and she starts to tell me she needs it because she doesn’t know how many clothes I brought MIND you I already informed her it was just two items and there were only a total of three people (me my sister and the other lady) that had gone in those stalls and I ask her if I can speak to a manager and just inform them that it was in there and she rudely rolls her eyes and says “yea go ahead” I ended up leaving because it was such a pointless and ridiculous thing to make someone wait to get a number card when the store was already closing soon. Such horrible customer service from that lady and she made me feel so uncomfortable and unwelcomed when...

I went to the store a night to shop and I had a coffee I don’t know which employee it was I think it was the manager but I got yelled at saying there was a no drink policy and told me to get out I know it was the night shift I ask where was the sign as I had come in before had with coffee without a problem and I just had got yelled at when I asked for the employees name she said she didn’t cared if I reported her so I feel this bad customer service as had gone to other Ross’s without this problem so I was just coming here to let people know when I had been a customer of Ross for years and when she had tried to look for the sign and couldn’t find it so I feel it...

Horrendous experience at this place. I came to buy some shoes, not only they charged me twice for one pair, when I went back a minute later they refused to refund the second charge. As this was happening, word got out of fire in the bathrooms. This place is worst than a looney bin and a rip off telemarketing...
