This was the absolute worst jack in the box I have ever been to. My soda which I got a large of did not taste like soda at all. When I dumped it out it didn't stop bubbling and there was white residue on top. My burrito was made disasterly. The sauce was all over the burrito. My hash brown was at the bottom of the bag which I had to reheat as well. I had to reheat the chicken strips and fries. I am so extremely disappointed in this jack in the box!

My wife and I ordered tacos and 2 large order of fries. Both order of fries was half empty. I suggest going to another jack in the box location or none at all if it happens repeatedly. The same thing has happened to me at multiple carl’s jr’s locations which is why I detest going there. If this happens again at multiple jack in the boxes, sorry I will take my business elsewhere.

I work at Kaiser and came here to get a "quick lunch" 20+ mins later with no food I had to ask for a refund cause my lunch was only 30 mins long. The fact that you prioritized drive thru multiple times while my order was still waiting is ridiculous. I'll be speaking with corporate very soon.

I arrived at this location at 7:37 am. Breakfast rush. Drive-thru was a bit busy, so I go inside. because it was empty I thought it would be quicker. WRONG. The littl ponytailed man was only concerned about getting the drive-thru orders out and spewing orders . Even though he continuously used the register I was standing at to process the orders, he never once looked at me or asked me for my order. Another guy finally jumped in and took my order. After waiting for so long to get the order I requested a refund because I had to be to work by 8 RIGHT ACROSS THE STREET! All of a sudden my order became ready🤔...5 employees with 1 customer to serve. 2 cooks, 1 lady at the window just to hand the orders, 1 idiot bouncing all around taking orders with the headset, and 1 poor guy getting told to do 5 things at once and one of those things was not manning the register. Every time I order from drive thru always something is missing in my order, I don't know if is employee business or what happen last time I ordered 4 tacos and they charge me 4 orders it was supposed to be 8 tacos, in my order it was only 4 tacos in my bag, I went back to complain about it and I wasted my time and gas for that, the time previous to that I got orange juice missing in my order, by the time I noticed I was about 10 miles away and I have to stop somewhere else to buy something to drink and I spending double on drinks, so I don't recommends to buy from drive thru from jack in the box, you will lost your time, your gas, your money and...

I love everything about this place. Employees are polite and just now when I was waiting for my order a random man started bothering me asking me questions that were none of his business. A server noticed and quickly got me my order so I could get out of there away from the man. I wish I'd gotten her name, but props to her for taking notice and intervening, as I'm a 20 year old female woman on my own with no car and walks or takes the bus, and these types encounters are always unnerving.
