Burger King — Restaurant in Forest Lake

For the second time this month, I made the mistake of going to this location. I gave it another chance as my in-laws were the ones who decided to go here. It was remarkable how similar our experience was with going inside to order. The absolute lack of customer service is despicable. In my personal experience on July 4th, after order our food and our friends food, we realized we hadn’t got something to drink. When approaching the register again the lady on the grill start YELLING “DO NOT TAKE ANYMORE ORDERS!!” Over and over again. It was one of the most uncomfortable experiences I have ever had at an establishment. We were the only people inside ordering. It appeared they had a bigger order at the drive-thru. I understand being busy and frustrated but that was absolutely unacceptable. Especially when he was only ordering a pop. These are your customers, the reason you have a job, money in your pocket.

Now to my in-laws today. Same horrible service. They waited 20 minutes to get 4 whoppers and 2 onion rings because after the burgers were ready they realized they didn’t have enough rings. This is common sense to prepare both at the same time. By the time we got the food, the cheese was irredentist and almost none existent with a sloppy thrown together soggy mess. They were also out of CO2 for the pop machine, so no beverage at all available.

I won’t be surprised when this location closes. As it’s beyond obvious there is absolutely no one doing anything...

We had a horrible experience at the Burger King in Forest Lake. As we drove away we noticed we were a sandwich short. My husband drove around and went inside with the receipt. The lady was rude , acted like he was lying and told him to go get the bag of food. He is handicapped and walking is difficult. He went to the car and drove around to the drive thru window Another lady opened the window and would not take the bag so they could see what we got on our order. My husband said either give us the missing sandwich or give us our money back that we paid for it , she closed the window and refused to talk to us .. whaaaat? that was crazy , what fast food place does this over one sandwich? he honked the horn to get someone to take care of this, he asked for a manager and they said there was not one and that we needed to pull around to the parking lot cause they called the police. It would have been laughable except by now our sandwiches we did get were cold. We waited for 10 min or so and no police showed up We were out a sandwich and didn't get our money back. This burger King always seems to have issues. It's never busy though either. Doesn't seem like the people they hire quite know what they are doing though. I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches plain with cheese, a large soda, and 4-5 ranch packets. By the time the guy had my sandwiches rung up he had forgotten about my drink and asked how ma y ketchup I said I wanted. I corrected him and ordered ranch again and my large drink. Got the total and pulled forward. 2 cars ahead of me. I was at the window in no time and got my pop which was overdue and spilling and then my bag of food. Asked if we got ranch and was told they charge for ranch. Looking in the bag there was none. I told the guy I ordered it twice at the speaker when I got here and another guy comes and just throws 2 ranch in my hand. The other buy is bit hing at him that he needs to ring that stuff up. Ridiculous. I just left. I have ranch in the fridge at home. This place is always like this and probably should be shutdown. Tweedle dee and tweedle dumb will find work . Put a HARDEE'S here instead.
