Wingtopia — Restaurant in Forest Park

Hi everyone, I am keeping my word as I told the young man (sorry forgot your name baby) I would. So first, let me start by saying that it is because of his personality and professionalism that I went outside my box and ordered wings for myself to eat. That says a lot about him because I do not eat wings outside of home. Now what drew my attention was the Applpie Egg Rolls on the menu (yes, I was being fat) lol. Then one of my sons noticed the Cheesesteak Rolls (he was home sick). However, this is why I only am giving a 4.5-star rating. Time to order mouth-watering and all, to be disappointed that they were out of both items and a few others... But... Talking with my new friend and receiving an explanation, I not only understood, it lead to me ordering a 10pc oven-baked Honey Habenero wings. My friend told me he knew exactly how I wanted my wings and he did not deceive me. My wings were so delicious and the flavor is to die for. My stomach thanks you friend. I will without a doubt be back for more. Did I mention my son team mates and spouses also were very satisfied. Plus, I was giving a day I can come get those apple pie egg rolls. The packaging was well equipped & customer service was decent, reason for 2 stars. The reviews are the reason for trying this place. This is my 1st attempt, so my review will change once I try again. Reasons for no 5 star: My wings were medium warm and my fries were soggy & a little warm (pics attached will show sweat from inside box). And although it's just a couple of coins different, the prices that are quoted are not what is asked for, in payment. I felt that I paid too much for food that is offered almost EVERYWHERE in Atlanta. Constructive criticism: Wait until the person arrives, before boxing up food. This way, you will not waste food (in case they don't show) & your customer will have fresh food. It's okay if they wait 5-10 mins while you drop pre-cooked wings & fries. Better them wait then to have food for a no show & so that the customer gets the great experience that everyone's talking about. 🙂 P.S. Food that is sitting can start growing bacteria which cause food poison, without you knowing it. Please be careful. I will come...

Food was ok, I mean it’s just wings how can you mess that up. My thing is when I order something and pay I should get exactly what I’m being charged for. I bought a 50 piece and wanted fries only had sweet potato, so we got onion rings. We spinned the wheel and won free item. I asked the size and she showed me one box for the size but fixed my order and gave me another.Now this wouldn’t have mattered if they had ran out or something, but the boxes sitting right there for you to 👀. Btw it only had 6 onion rings…..like 😳. A whole supposed 50 pieces and 6onion rings. Then to top it all off shorted me 13 wings. High as food is now shorting people. Had it planned out how long it should last. Thought this was going to be my go to wing spot, but that was quickly ruined by cheating me. I guess only go in here if you can eyeball your plate.
