Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Forks Township

I'll go to the other location (yes I am aware it's owned by the same outfit). After two mistakes of ordering from here and what happened today, I won't be back.

Not only is the parking lot a mess functionality wise but also filthy with trash, but I ordered the Gluten Free sandwich today due to my wife's allergy and the app told me it would be ready by 1205. After arriving at 1210 to allow extra time it was still not ready. After 10 more minutes of waiting I had to ask the staff if they were running behind or why my meal was not made while others were. Finally after a response and looking like an unruly customer, 5 minutes later they started to prepare my order.

Come to find out it was a matter of they didn't want to stop, clean the area, and then work on my wife's allergy related sub.

We usually go to Jersey Mikes due to the allergey accommodation. Disappointed in my experience and we recently spent quite a bit of money here to cater a party. Never again. I recommend a hard pass...

Unfortunately, my recent order experience at Jersey Mike's was somewhat disappointing. Despite waiting for approximately five minutes, I did not receive any acknowledgment from the staff. While I initially assumed there might be a self-service ordering screen as this is my first time at Jersey Mike's, I later discovered that was not the case. When I finally approached a staff member to place my order, she took it but I was surprised when it seemed to be forgotten. Observing others who had arrived after me received their meals, I inquired about the status of my order. To my dismay, it had not even been entered into the system. While I remained patient, I believe a more attentive and welcoming atmosphere would significantly enhance the order experience.
