Bush's Chicken Forney Texas — Restaurant in Forney

First time visit, and where do I begin..First this place is not sanitary, the workers do not wear gloves or hair nets and it showed because I had crisp chicken with somebodies hair fried in it. I went in because the drive thru is like a car hop and that to me is ridiculous when the lines stay packed and young people are taking orders. I am glad I went in because that's when I noticed that not only was it chaotic with customers and their orders but it's ran by teens which explains the hair fried in the chicken. The guy who was preparing the tea had on NO gloves poured half a bag of Dominos sugar in it stiring with his hands, no gloves and he was special needs.I get that everyone needs a place in society but when preparing tea wear gloves so that when the tea spills we the customer don't have to view the tea running down your workers arm.I mean really gross another issue is that I noticed is that none of the cooks had hair nets and the cashier would take money and box chicken, did not wash hands, and yea no gloves. I am never going back, this is how people get salmonella poisoning from...

Today I experience something from Bush Chicken was quite unsettling/annoying. I pulled into Bush Chicken sort after 6p so yes it was quite busy. There was one male employee outside. So once the car to the left of me was serviced and pulled off. The employee skips me and services the truck behind me, took the order dashed and got his food, and the customer leaves.I proceed to call the business and spoke to the manager. His response is "we are very busy and short handed mama, we will be get to you shortly". It was less than 5 minutes later he sends a female employee to my vehicle to take my order. He instead sent the nice female employee to take and bring my order and I can only assume it was a good gesture one of those free kids meal business card. Usaully good food take cupons seems like chicken just warm and over cooked 3rd time this happened on cupon day

Again months later running late home stopped get chicken late yes used coupon said we only got little chicken after wait 10 min on service. Said ok we need to eat she brought order said we didnt have right pieces for order so we gave extra not no extra chicken was for most part it was burned up or under light to long. I originally asked for tenders but w coupon they said they were out of tenders. Anyway it over priced to begin with ridiculous they choose what to serve you wish i could post pic of the chicken.
