Pizza Milan — Restaurant in Forney

Love this place but they made me really upset last week. I had ordered a meat pizza, wings, and a Hawaiian salad without sun dried tomato and I paid extra for the raspberry vinaigrette since it wasn’t part of the dressing options for the salad. I go to pick up my order, did not get salad but got Hawaiian pizza, then the guy at the front fixes it, and even lets me keep the Hawaiian pizza. Then this other guy takes back the pizza back, even though the other guy had let me keep it. And to top it off, I didn’t even get my raspberry dressing that I really wanted for my salad. I didn’t want the salad without the dressing and I explained that to the second man. I was very frustrated, and the salad still had tomatoes...

We walked in and was welcomed by Zaid who was absolutely amazing. He was patient while we talked over the menu, was timely with helping us and answering the phones, and extremely helpful! He let us know the ice machines wasn't working and told us they had cold bottles instead which was fine, we didn't even think to get them so when he brought my salad he saw we didnt get our drinks and made it his mission to get us everything we needed all the way down to the forks and plates. The atmosphere was friendly and calming with 3 tv all with something different. Not to mention they played the Kpop demon hunters sound track and my daughter lost her mind. I really thought I was going to be pleased with this place. I drove all the way from Seagoville specifically craving the pizza I ordered. I made sure to request no pork, yet as you can see in the picture, my pizza was topped with pork. After spending so much time in traffic to get there, I was extremely disappointed. Turning around wasn’t an option at that point, so I ended up just throwing it away.
