Queen Donuts — Restaurant in Forney

Just left this place and continued to order only because I had promised my kids donuts and most donut shops were already closed but I WILL NOT be coming back. I had the sweetest girl helping me at the counter. I first asked for 2 chocolate twits she says there’s only 1 but she’s going to check in the back for me, I thank her and some woman stops her with the UGLIEST look saying what do you want, she says a chocolate twist she VERY RUDELY yells and points to the girl you don’t see any there (pointing at the display cabinet) then we don’t have any in such an appallingly degrading way it was infuriating. There was also a male in the back who just watched and said nothing. The girl took it with such poise and professionalism then turned to me and smiled and apologized that they were out and continued to take the rest of my order. I felt HORRIBLE for her because clearly it’s not the first time they treat their employees with such disrespect. I pray that she finds another job that values her and their employees because...

The overall quality of the donuts is AMAZING!!! I wish I could give 5 starts unfortunately the customer service of the young lady at the front is very concerning. I always order the strawberry shortcake donut and Oreo donut for my girls. One of my daughters is allergic to strawberries so I specifically request that the donuts are bagged separately. When I received my donuts they’re in the same container. I politely ask for a separate bag to separate them myself and the young lady always rolls her eyes and gives the most ATTITUDE over a bag!!! This has happened more than once which is why I’m writing this review. Hopefully the owners of this establishment will coach her on customer service to avoid losing business in the future since customer service...

Stumbled upon this place when leaving church. The variety and toppings of donuts were in abundance. We purchased a mochidonut, donut holes, strawberry shortcake donut, and s’mores donut. The s’mores was delicious but a little too sweet for my taste. The strawberry shortcake was a little too sweet. I would recommend plain cream cheese without the strawberry jelly mixed in.
