Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Forney

I live in Forney and was excited to see a Nothing Bundt Cake store in my backyard. I’m giving this location a one star due the lack of a loyalty program. I’ve asked about getting credit for my purchases on a punch card and the cashier said that since they are a new store they don’t have punch cards or a loyalty program, but they would honor or punch my card from another location. Am I supposed to drive to Rockwall and get a punch card? Crazy.

My next question was will you all give me credit for my past purchases at this location when you all get a loyalty program or punch cards if I keep my receipts, and she said no. Unacceptable.

So I get no credit for my purchases at this location? I guess I will just have to patronize other locations and not this one, which is sad.

I will never be returning to this location due to the horrendous and have had similar experiences before but this was just my last straw when I went in a few days ago. the establishment seems to be run by little girls from 16-20 but that wouldn’t matter if they acted appropriately. When I went it was a girl Who was blonde and the one helping me was Isabel or Isabella, something like that. All I received was attitude along with no help and it was not a welcoming environment but after I got my cake I hadn’t even left and they were talking inappropriately, and the cherry on top was a hair being found in my strawberries and cream bundtlet shitty customer service and hair in the food.
