Absolutely loving the new Dunkin’ location in Forney! From the moment you walk in, the team greets you with warm smiles and genuine kindness. The service is consistently fast, friendly, and on point—whether you’re grabbing a quick coffee or a full breakfast.

But what really makes this location special is the manager. They are truly one of a kind—so kind, professional, and always present, making sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell the staff respects them, and the positive energy they bring makes a huge difference. The manager even takes time to personally greet customers and make sure everyone leaves happy. My son and I arrived at this location for the first time around 12:45 PM on 7/20/2025. There was no line, and no one greeted us when we walked in. We stood there for about two minutes, and someone walked in after us and was helped ahead of us without any acknowledgment from the staff. We then waited an additional five minutes, still without a single word from anyone.

While I don’t mind waiting, I was very disappointed by the lack of basic courtesy and acknowledgment. Allowing someone to cut in front of us without addressing it, and not even offering a greeting, made us feel completely disregarded.

The reviews I’m readying are really disappointing for our community. This is a new location with a lot of potential! I’ve had orders messed up as well, but I went back to get them fixed… and I kept going back! It’s called giving grace. I understand it’s a new store and a bunch of kids are on staff… they have to learn.
