Taco Casa — Restaurant in Forney

I love Taco Casa but this one totally disappointed me. Drive thru took a long time. I ordered 1 hard taco with sour cream, 2 soft tacos with sour cream and a Tostado with extra sour cream... We realized we had more "taco packages" on the way home.. needless to say I got 5 bean and cheese burritos and a tostado with NO sour cream. My tostado was so soggy it folded easily like a taco. I had my heart set in those taco and that sour cream. I live 20 minutes from this location and didn't realize it was all bean burritos. I'm hoping it was it was simple mistake but I wasted $15, gas and my receipt was correct. Come on Taco Casa people love yall, yall can't make these types mistakes. I'll be back because my son just started a job nearby. I just hope next time yall get it right. This place still hasn't gotten things right almost a year later from my original review. They still can't get basic order right and how does a taco place run out of ground beef and offer beans instead. I will not be returning to...

I wanted the share a recent experience I had at the Taco Casa in Forney, TX. My family and I are frequent customers at Taco Casa, however, we do not know the staff personally. On Friday 8/28/20, I had a long day at work in Downtown Dallas, picked up my 2 grandsons from daycare and drove back to Forney where we live. We decided on Taco Casa for dinner and drove through the drive through. Approaching the window I realized my wallet was missing. I frantically searched my vehicle to no avail. The sweet young lady at the window said “don’t worry, I got it”. Wait... what?? She paid from her own money!! I promised to return with the cash the following day, which I did. I drove back to my office in Dallas and found my wallet under my desk! Thank God (really) that I chose to go to Taco Casa for dinner this night. I’m not sure anyone else would have reached into their own pocket for me that night, helping me to feed those hungry 2 kids in my backseat! Thank you Alea for being so kind...

This location does a great job on the food, accuracy, cleanliness and friendliness. The only reason I took off one star is because they are frequently very busy. Forget about the drive-thru if you're in a hurry, a lot of times it's wrapped all the way around the building out to the street. You would think it was a Chick-fil-A. This is nothing to do with them, besides the fact that their food is excellent and they are close to a lot of facilities like gaming fields and schools. They always seem to handle the load in stride. Usually the crowd is kids and parents getting out from volleyball, baseball, softball Etc. Always a good crowd, never hesitate to go there even when it's busy.
