Marco's Pizza — Restaurant in Forney

driving down 80 east and was feeling a tad hungry(been in town working past few weeks from out of state) i'd spotted Pizza Hut on the other side of the highway, so i pull up Google Maps and search Pizza and 3rd option down was Marco's just 4 miles away.. "WHAT" i exclaimed outloud to myself.. it was a bit of a dangerous move to get off the exit in 40ft at 76mph.. but it was worth the risk... how could that be that such yummy pizza was within reach?? i could hardly believe myself.. so while i waited in traffic i called and placed my order.. the polite fella on the phone said 15-20 minutes.. my mouth salivating in anticipation the whole ride(hard to not push traffic out of the way)... i walked in just 11 minutes later and the polite gentlemen behind the counter was helping 2 customers ahead of me(feeling like a 6yr old waiting for the bathroom i was so anxious) but then over the counter i could see... i could see the pizza i had been so inpaitently waiting for.. there it was!!! the gentlemen presented the pizza waiting for my nod of approval.. i gleefully paid the bill (didn't care how much it was) and now i was FINALLY able to hold this precious and amazingly delicious "Meat Supremo".. if you had any idea what you were missing you would leave now and go there to wait (nevermind what time it is) just wait until...

Original review (9/12/23): So I have never had a problem before today. Tonight I used the website (this is how I normally order from Marcos) to order delivery for a medium pepperoni pizza, a medium cheese pizza, cheezybread, a 2 liter and a 20 oz soda. Everything arrived quickly like it usually does.

However, the pepperoni pizza was wrong. What we were given was a half pepperoni and half cheese pizza, and it was a little overdone. Everything else was correct and cooked appropriately.

I tried calling them to let them know there was a mistake with my order. I waited on hold for 15 minutes and gave up.

I tried using the website's Customer Contact Center to give feedback for my order's issue. When I click "Start Survey" or "Give Feedback," the website redirects me to order more pizza (???). I tried on my cell and PC, so I guess that part of the website is broken.

So yeah, I'm not very happy now. There wasn't enough pepperoni pizza for myself and my family. There was no one to talk to at this store. The website is broken. There's no support. This was a very...

Terrible order, delivery and customer service. I’ve been ordering from Marco’s Pizza in Forney for about a year and a half now, this was by far the worst order/delivery ever. I called placed an order at 6:40pm per the order taker the order would be delivered in 75 minutes. My order of course was late. I called the location, at first I wasn’t sure if I called someone’s home or a professional establishment because the person didn’t have a greeting. I could barely hear them. They didn’t have an ETA on my delivery time. My pizza was sitting still at the location waiting for a delivery driver after the 75 minutes so I already assumed it was cold. I asked to speak with a manager I spoke with Sandra and she insured me that my order will be out for delivery that was already late at 8:15. I live 8 minutes from the location.
