I personally thought it was a nice, family friendly place to go and eat out, so I decided that it would be a nice place to work my first job. I ended up working there for SEVEN HOURS and then quit. If you're looking to work here, realize you'd be making the worst decision of your life; just don't work at this disorganized, hellish, pitiful establishment. I was placed at the drive through on my first day by the manager and told the girl standing there to train me. She ignored it, and went on with her work. When I asked her how the system worked, she treated me as though I was incompetent. When her shift ended, another man took her place and was equally as rude. He made comments on how I was quiet (I told him I was tired because I had woken up early for morning violin lessons), he was condescending, and made no effort to help me out. The workers there are just rude and demanding all around, with TWO exceptions. There were only TWO PEOPLE who thought that I was actually worth their time, and ONE of them trained me towards the END OF THE DAY, and it's disappointing that not a single one of them was a manager. The way the employees conduct their work is shocking. They were playing music, swearing at eachother, and just overall being completely innapropriate. What did the managers do? Absolutely nothing. I was willing to learn and ask questions and get a grasp at what goes on, but the manager just did not pay any attention to me. Honestly though, it's just wrong of her to put me on such a difficult job for 7 hours on my first (and only) day. Next day when I went to drop off my uniform, she was speaking to my mom, telling her that she was sorry and she probably shouldn't have given me the most difficult job to someone as young as me who has never worked before. Should have though of that earlier Brooke, I was willing to learn and work hard for your establishment and for the people who come to the establishment; get control.
So there you go. That's what is going on behind the counter (even though if you go to the counter they won't even look at you, let alone take your order)
And if you tell them your order is messed up,they WILL insult you. Heard the manager call at least two people...

When i was in the hospital having my baby i sent my husband over for some cravings i was having.. he came back to tell me they werent open. Frustrated i called them from my hospital room and the rude woman said " we are 24 hrs, but closed for 2 hrs for unloading a truck delivery" so i replied " so you are 22 hrs?" And she hung up on me!!!
On another occasion we went and got a happy meal for our daughter and pulled out to find there was no fries or chicken nuggets. It was literally just bbq sauce and a toy inside. I hate having to go back through the drive thru and wait for them to fix their mistakes and not even receive an apology.
once i ordered a sweet tea with lemon and drove home only to find out it wasnt sweet tea. I went back told them, and the teenager argued with me in the drive thru speakers saying i was wrong and it was sweet tea. I Insisted she try some and finally she agreed to make a new batch and that it was not right and said "maybe someone watered it down because it was low and they didnt want to make a new batch" i had to wait 15 mins for them to remix the tea, and when i asked if i could just have coke instead (which is the same price) she insisted i couldnt substitute something i already bought!!!! Ridiculous.
Last time we went there, we got a frappachino, and i nearly choked on the tip of the whipped cream can that had broken off inside of my drink, and they left it!
We are done...
Read moreWalking into the McDonald's the outside entrance was littered with cigarettes. The door glass was dirty and the handles were greasy. I sat down to make a order via the McDonalds app it took me multiple times to aqure a table not coved in soda, half eaten fryes, or one that wasnt sticky. I finally found a table (113) located by the play place window. This window was covered in greasy had prints and splatter of what I hope is water or atleast coke. I didn't think it could get worce until I gazed my eyes down to the black trimming. You could see the various amounts of liquids that left sticky stains. Under olmost every table was trash and reminents of McDonald's classic fry. I orderd some frys witch I truly love but they were cold and hard. I made my way to the soda station to find trash and liquids including what I assume was milk witch yiu can't quite see in the photo I provided but it was there it was everywhere. I looked at the windowsills and they were filed with Nats and other asorted dead bugs. Once I took the last photo I was told by a 16 year old boy to stop taking photos. I promptly left and I can grantee I will never go to a Mcdonald again in my entire life. No to mention the mess under every table snot, grease, sticky mess. On top of everything it wasn't busy so I would have expected a employee to clean...
