I took a hesitant step into the building coz i was not so sure that restaurant locates inside. The neon light decoration outside kind of confuse when light’s off. I thought it was a bar 😓. Took me couple minute walk around this building back n forth to find it. Right to say it’s a unique building with a lot of business in it even a glass museum! Service is good - friendly - helpful - attentive. Visited this place during my trip to Fort Bragg. We came in lunch time. There is just another table and us. Quiet time so service is promptly fast ! Order’s taken and came to table quickly. Like it’s named Asian Fusion Lao n Thai Cuisine. They make food with good Thai Chili. Sure ppl know already about Thai Spicy. I asked server for the spicy level compared between Thai n Lao and knew that Lao is more spicy than Thai. menu has a lot of options same as any others Thai Restaurants like some appetizers / noodle / Salad / Soup / Entree… but very special with their seafood boil menu. We love to try it but still long way to back home 😅. So just go for normal easy food. • Crispy Pork Belly 4/5: can’t make it more spicy as how it’s marinated regularly non spicy for everyone. Pork Belly’s deep fried goes with plum sauce. The meat by itself’s seasoned well so no need to dip more sauce. Also the plum sauce is not really impressed. Very sweet not good taste I think. Also it’s too much oily - greasy , they may try the way remove or absorb some oil from meat after frying. It’s on the appetizer side. You can just add a rice bowl ($4) to make it as entree. 4/5 for the meat flavor. • Pad woon sen 4.5/5: mung bean noodle with mixed protein ( shrimp/ pork/ fish), some bean sprouts and lettuce. I know mung bean noodle is more healthy than regular rice noodle. However’s mung bean noodle is completely not carb free at all as mentioned on menu. So be careful if you are looking for keto food. It’s a healthy dish but still carry a lot of carbs. I had it medium spicy because i’m afraid it may be too spicy to eat. However it’s not spicy at all. Luckily we can add some more fresh chilly and chili paste which kept the table. I love their chilli paste. It smells so good, good combination with sour fresh chilli one. Best best. All curries and entrees not come with rice. I think it’s normal to all thai restaurants i had been to. But there is one thing surprise me. All spicy level request will charge different 0.5 cents to $2. Honestly i did not notice it on menu. But my friend told me it’s there 🤔🤔. Confirm it by yourself! Aside that Regarding the additional charges, they have a disclosure about the credit card processing fee on the menu cover and discount for cash / gift card payment. Any other extra charge are clearly stated on first page of menu. Restroom will be a downside. You have to use the public one in building and it’s not so clean, restroom door’s broken. Free 2 hrs Parking on side of street. Overall , good experience for everything. Nice clean restaurant, good food, friendly service. For me it not satisfied to have 5/5 however i want to give them a support. Let me break down: 3 only for the food + 1.5 for their nice service and restaurant atmosphere + 0.5 for the good chilli paste. ( i thought about contact to restaurant today to purchase their spicy paste to shipped directly home) If you around Mendocino or glass beach and looking for spicy asian food, worth for a stop by!

I normally don't rate dashed food or just one visit, but I had to say something. First I asked for rice and not salad 😠. And the pork belly looked and felt a lil dry, the picture actually looks like it's not. I ordered the lemon grass grilled chicken and the crispy pork belly medium spice and rice(but got salad), like I said it was dashed. The food was amazing. The in house sauces is what blew my mind, not sure what each one was as the salad had one, the pork had one and the chicken had another. All were 🫠. The chicken was juicy and highly flavorful without the sauce, and the pork belly, wasn't as dry as it seemed, but non the less tasty. And I became a real live glutton when I used the sauces, I kept wanting more. The salad was very fresh as well. The proportions to price ratio was decent, worth it. I'll change to 5 once I get into their atmosphere for a better rating (or lower👀). Definitely a hidden gem in town and worth the stop. Drop back by and tell me what you think. Stopped by and grabbed a few items. I got the shrimp in cajon sauce, spicy. They were very good I wish I had gotten them hotter. They are head on shell on by the way. The veggies in the sauce was rocking. I got the angel wings in pineapple sauce, I wanted to save them but I kept eating them. And the fish and chips with the salad were good although there wasn't anything special about the chips. String fries that were very crispy. The fish was fresh and awesome. The service and atmosphere was wonderful. A pure delight to be there. The curry bowl was very flavorful as well. Somebody definitely knew their magic in the back. The price to food & flavor ratio was definitely worth it.

Asian Fusion Sea Valley Asian Fusion Sea Valley, in downtown Fort Bragg, California, is a family-run eatery with outstanding Asian dishes. Every meal is made from scratch by the matriarch of the family. It might take a little longer to receive your meal, but the wait is worth it. We enjoy some of their large selection of savory appetizers to start our meal. Two of our favorites are satay chicken and basil egg rolls. The chicken is marinated in honey and served with fabulous peanut sauce. The basil egg rolls, filled with chicken, black pepper, and basil, are served with a delicious sweet and sour dipping sauce. Next for us is Asian Fusions Pho, Vietnamese soup. It is very traditional, with flavorful vegetables in a rich vegetable broth. All of their Tom Kha and Tom Yum soups are incredible as well. My partner loves Mango Salad. Always fresh Manila Mango topped with peanuts, red onion, and green onion in a Cilantro bath. My entrée pick is usually Kito Chicken. Fresh chicken breast, perfectly fried in panko crumbs, super crispy and juicy. My partner goes for the lemon-grass chicken marinated with lemon grass, kaffir lime, and garlic with an amazing tamarind sauce. Their menu has a taste you will be sure to love. The restaurant's location in the old Union Lumber Company Store makes it a great place to eat and get a taste of Fort Bragg’s long history as a lumber and fishing town on the North Coast of California. We have not been disappointed by the many times we have eaten at Asian Fusion Sea Valley restaurant.

I have never written a google review, but we had such a negative experience here tonight and I am looking for information on how I can speak with someone about it. I would like to be contacted by management as I could not find any information on who/how I could connect with someone.

Overall, the food was average. Our issue was with the service. We had to get up and go to the cash register any time we wanted attention, such as asking for water, to pay our bill after waiting 15+ minutes for the check to be picked up, etc. We ordered an appetizer (roti) and it came after we had eaten all of our food and were ready to leave. We asked once about the status (which involved us going to the cash register and waiting, as our server didn't check in on us during the meal...). We were assured it would be "out in a minute." Many more minutes passed without an update and we saw many others receive their entrees who had arrived after us. We. waited nearly 45/50 minutes for our appetizer. At a certain point, we were done eating and then asked if we could get the check and not be charged for the roti, because we were needing to leave. We were told "of course." Soon after, the check and the roti came out concurrently, with the charge. We again explained the situation, that we had been needing to leave before the roti even came out, and were told we would be issued a refund. We were then told that they were "not allowed" to give refunds. What?!!! Right before this, when waiting at the cash register to pay, we WATCHED our server issue a refund to another customer and teach another worker how to issue a refund. At this point, we were too frustrated to push it more and gave up. I would love to be contacted by someone who manages the restaurant, as our server was very unhelpful and insensitive to our experience. We will not be returning and would not recommend.

Our server mentioned that they only had 2 cooks. I wish they had cut down amount of tables they were serving if they are short staffed to avoid experiences like ours. A refund would have been the optimal solution. However, our server did not check in to give updates unless we asked, and otherwise avoided us unless we walked up to her directly. I wish she had notified us it was running late and given us the option to cancel or simply offered us any sort of alternative. This was a very unfortunate dining...
