If I could give a zero rating I would! We have been coming to the Fort Collins Carrabbas for 24 years for special occasions and just because. We noticed the last time (September 2023, our 35th anniversary) that the quality of our meal was not up to past standards. Today we decided to order a family bundle (chicken Parmesan) to bring home. I really don’t know where to start! I called in our order at around 1:00 for a 4:00 pick up. Must have gotten the new girl on the phone because she didn’t have a clue! I had to repeat my order four times and I got a distinc feeling there was no way she was going to get it correct. I called back and got the same gal and I said you didn’t even ask for my full name or phone number! Next thing I know she put me on hold and a guy answered. He retook my order and I verified with him that it would be ready at 4:00. When we arrived at 4:00, no one had a clue what or where my order was! We waited 35 minutes to get our to go order and when they brought it out it was nothing close to what I ordered. Had to continue waiting while they “fixed” the order! Mind you we drove 40 miles round trip for this! When we got home, our Chicken Parmesan was grease soaked and the edges were burned, couldn’t even cut it with a knife! I think it was days old and they reheated it. The pasta both the correct one and the one they told us to keep because it was the incorrect one were hard as a rock and tasted like a sticky mess with little to no sauce. The bread was so hard we could bounce it on our counter top! The salad was salvageable except the croutons were a soggy mess! We have never had such an all around horrible meal from Carrabbas! Between the gal at the register and the guy running back and forth from the kitchen, it’s no wonder nothing was right! The guy I am assuming was a kitchen manager or something to that effect, gave us some $10 gift cards for all the problems which was great, but the confusion of no one knowing anything was overwhelming. We didn’t even know how bad the food was until we drove all the way home and tried to eat it! This was a $73 meal plus 40 miles driving. We can get fast food that taste better than our meal from there. Would think my $73 should be refunded! So sad to think we have had such good memories from special occasions here and now pretty sure we won’t be coming back. There are far too many choices, especially...

Servers name was nathan. Food would get a 4.5 stars, flavor was good as was the seasoning, I had the filet, cooked medium rare, almost right. Wife had the mahi dish a bit too much seasoning, but still good. Daughter had lamb chops ordered asparagus as her side, youngest had pizza. Oldest daughter had some kinda of fettuccini chicken dish. As we share everything, I got to taste all of them. I had the Italian salad and broccoli, crisp and lightly seasoned. My daughter and wife had caesar salad, a bit too much cheese, but still good. Service was questionable. We were told after too lengthy of a time that they were out of asparagus, so my daughter had to get the grilled vegetables. But this came well after we got our food. (The server should've either been told so he could tell us at the time of ordering, or the cook should've explained to server faster.) The person that served our food (what they call a runner) served me first, as the only Male, I should've been served last unless you had to reach over the person sitting on the outside seats plate. (In the higher class restaurants, this is known practice, at waffle house it doesn't matter) however, as I was sitting on the outside, she served me first, then daughter #1, who was also sitting on the outside, then she had to reach over my plate to serve my wife, then over my daughters plate twice. Then, as we thought we were in a nicer place, we were talking and eating, about halfway through dinner, Nathan comes up and ask if we need boxes.. again, I am sorry, but at Cracker barrel, I understand, because the average ticket is lower, the server must turn their tables faster. But here, no, this is called getting pushy, even my daughters noticed it and thought Nathan rude. Then we overheard servers talking about one of their managers that stopped on her way out and called for a runner, again, expect this at a truck stop, but very unprofessional in this environment. So, food and environment get a 4.5 and 5 respectively. Service a 2.5 from everyone. Nathan was decent himself, but pushy and fake in his communication and approach. There is too much competition for this type of food. Need some work in the service department. It's a shame since my daughter actually asked to eat her.. oh well,...

Me and my cousin attended this place on a trip to Fort Collins one of the worst dining experiences of my life. I've never had such horrible service and I'm not the type of guy to leave reviews, but the place was just horrible. We ordered an appetizer it never came to the table. Our waiter was horrible. He showed up and brought us our drinks and never returned. We ended up getting waited by a whole different guy Who was never introduced to us or introduced himself to us As our waiter We were sat at a table and had two couples come in behind us. They received both there salads and food before us and we were there first. Felt completely ignored by the staff. I'm also not very much a complainer. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt, but this place is just horrible. Do not recommend last I asked the guy for a beer when he asked if I wanted to refill and I said yes, the beer Up either all around this was just a horrible experience Problem number 1. Order an appetizer didn't receive problem number 2. Ask the waiter for a beer he said he have to open a new keg took about 25 minutes Number 3. Never saw my waiter again Problem number 4. My steak was supposed to come with their mushroom and wine sauce wasn't on the steak,.... Problem number 5. Constantly felt ignored because the waiter who introduced himself never came back problem number 6. I asked the waiter for another beer never came. Problem number 7. I was Seated and ordered my food before the couple behind me and received my salad later than them Not to mention, I had to sit through this whole entire deal and it cost me a whopping $87 for the shit service I received theFood was decent, but the staff was just horrible. Not a single person had a notepad or took a single order down. It Was supposedly mentally memorized and that's why half of my order never showed up sad that this is the quality we're getting as a paying customer And yes, I still left an 18% tip Like I said, not want to complain, but do not go here if you don't want your time wasted Or to have to pay an outrageous price For absolutely the worst customer service so disappointed Also heard a couple leaving complain about their...

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at the 1212 Oakridge Dr, Fort Collins location for our Valentines dinner around 5pm tonight. We didn't call ahead. We asked for a booth. We were given one in the bar area, but when I tried to sit, I couldn't fit. I'm not slim. I went back to the host station and explained my predicament. The host did what hosts do and we were escorted to another booth in the back. The place was quite busy, but quiet. Our server was prompt but we said we needed a little time, she obliged. Our server's name was Raffy and she was great. She has figured out the balance between being attentive without being intrusive to perfection. She is also anticipatory, at some point without our knowledge she noticed that my wife's pop was low and just brought her a refill. We both ordered the Mezzaluna with a salad. There's a logistic to the timing of when to bring the salads and then when to bring the meal. However they time that, it was, again, perfect. The Mezzaluna was amazing. Thank you Raffy, you, along with your team, host, cooks, and servers, made our Valentines Day dinner a really great experience. I had been to other locations before but this was my wife's 1st experience with Carrabbas. I can guarantee it won't be her last. BRAVO, Well Done, young lady.

Do not waste your time. I came here with my girlfriend for our Anniversary recently and that was a mistake. I used to remember them serving us bread upon arrival but we had to pay for it. This was unusual to me and the first sign I would be disappointed. I ordered the chicken parm and you had to order the penne as your side. I guess this gives the customer the chance to substitute for something else but still seemed strange to me. My girlfriend ordered some chicken with a side of pasta as well, since thats what you have to do. The food came out and I legit had 20 pasta noodles. That's it. What a joke. I guess they can do that since its a "side". But pasta is so cheap; this plate should be loaded with noodles. My girlfriend got a similar amount of noodles and her chicken was the smallest i've ever seen. See picture. Also I mentioned numerous times to numerous staff that it was our anniversary and they had no intentions of making it memorable. Take your special occasions else where.
