I would have given no stars if that were an option. I never post reviews but felt what happened should be shared. I came in with my niece to buy 3 individual cookies at one of the kiosks in the Fort Collins location. I watched her carefully select the cookies and we checked out. On my part, I didnât pay attention to the total cost that was charged to my card. We waited and then when our order was brought out, it was the 3 cookies plus a 6 pack. I told them we only ordered the 3 cookies. The manager came over and said because âher staff already prepared the cookies, they couldnât refund my card.â I told her that there was a mistake but we didnât order the pack. She asked if I wanted them and I said no. She then said âeither I take them or they will just have to throw them awayâŚand I will still be charged either wayâ. She was very rude. I hadnât even touched the box at that point and it was sealed shut. There were quite a few people in there and what must have happened was one of the customers ahead of us started their order at that kiosk and then ended up just going to the front cash register instead to order when called forward. My niece mentioned seeing that later after we had time to process what happened. So we must have been charged their $20 order. I was sorely disappointed in their poor customer service for something that was obviously a mistake and she had absolutely no interest. Iâve been there many times but canât find myself to...
Read moreI unfortunately have found myself addicted to this place. I have gone several times now and have had about half a dozen different flavors, and I can say I did enjoy them. Some cookies were a bit rich for my liking, such as the butterfinger cookie that was on a peanut butter or the chocolate lava cake were both a bit intense for me. However, the oreo/mint oreo flavors and the lemon, for example, were the more light flavors I prefer. I feel it depends on what you like and what cookie you get that really makes or breaks it for some. But after having tried several, I can safely say this is a good place to go. I look forward to Monday's to see if it is a "week for me" in terms of new flavors, and if I ever just have to go, the ice sugar cookie is always an option (as well as the chocolate chip). I would definitely say give it a chance. Yes, the cookies are a bit more, but if you get 4 cookies than its $12 before tax, and the sugar cookie was half the size of my face. I generally put the cookie in a bag in my fridge and spend the next couple days nibbling on it, or I share. My friend from Canada frequently tells me they...
Read moreThe very first cookie I bought had peach jam on top, which was not really sweet and I loved it. From the 2nd one, it went downhill. The birthday (?) cookie was obnoxiously sweet, I had to trash it after one bite. It isn't cheap but there was no way I could keep eating this. The 3rd one I bought had strawberry jam, which resembled to the 1st one and what the store associate recommended as one of not-so-sweet cookies with just a different jam on top, but it was way too sweet again. Do they know sugar is poisonous? Overdose of sugar is not good for health and they shouldn't feed kids with these extremely sweet cookies. Their menu kind of repeats itself every week with slightly different versions, but not so much different, either. There's no surprise there. It's always something with the same kind of frosting. Store inside is office-like and I wasn't sure how to look at menu and select a cookie, either. Definitely doesn't look like a cookie store. Unless they start not-so-sweet cookie lines (I mean, not really so sweet!) , I won't...
