I would have given no stars if that were an option. I never post reviews but felt what happened should be shared. I came in with my niece to buy 3 individual cookies at one of the kiosks in the Fort Collins location. I watched her carefully select the cookies and we checked out. On my part, I didn’t pay attention to the total cost that was charged to my card. We waited and then when our order was brought out, it was the 3 cookies plus a 6 pack. I told them we only ordered the 3 cookies. The manager came over and said because “her staff already prepared the cookies, they couldn’t refund my card.” I told her that there was a mistake but we didn’t order the pack. She asked if I wanted them and I said no. She then said “either I take them or they will just have to throw them away…and I will still be charged either way”. She was very rude. I hadn’t even touched the box at that point and it was sealed shut. There were quite a few people in there and what must have happened was one of the customers ahead of us started their order at that kiosk and then ended up just going to the front cash register instead to order when called forward. My niece mentioned seeing that later after we had time to process what happened. So we must have been charged their $20 order. I was sorely disappointed in their poor customer service for something that was obviously a mistake and she had absolutely no interest. I’ve been there many times but can’t find myself to...

I unfortunately have found myself addicted to this place. I have gone several times now and have had about half a dozen different flavors, and I can say I did enjoy them. Some cookies were a bit rich for my liking, such as the butterfinger cookie that was on a peanut butter or the chocolate lava cake were both a bit intense for me. However, the oreo/mint oreo flavors and the lemon, for example, were the more light flavors I prefer. I feel it depends on what you like and what cookie you get that really makes or breaks it for some. But after having tried several, I can safely say this is a good place to go. I look forward to Monday's to see if it is a "week for me" in terms of new flavors, and if I ever just have to go, the ice sugar cookie is always an option (as well as the chocolate chip). I would definitely say give it a chance. Yes, the cookies are a bit more, but if you get 4 cookies than its $12 before tax, and the sugar cookie was half the size of my face. I generally put the cookie in a bag in my fridge and spend the next couple days nibbling on it, or I share. My friend from Canada frequently tells me they...

The very first cookie I bought had peach jam on top, which was not really sweet and I loved it. From the 2nd one, it went downhill. The birthday (?) cookie was obnoxiously sweet, I had to trash it after one bite. It isn't cheap but there was no way I could keep eating this. The 3rd one I bought had strawberry jam, which resembled to the 1st one and what the store associate recommended as one of not-so-sweet cookies with just a different jam on top, but it was way too sweet again. Do they know sugar is poisonous? Overdose of sugar is not good for health and they shouldn't feed kids with these extremely sweet cookies. Their menu kind of repeats itself every week with slightly different versions, but not so much different, either. There's no surprise there. It's always something with the same kind of frosting. Store inside is office-like and I wasn't sure how to look at menu and select a cookie, either. Definitely doesn't look like a cookie store. Unless they start not-so-sweet cookie lines (I mean, not really so sweet!) , I won't...

First time experience was pretty good! Came here for the grand opening free cookie day. The only option for free cookies was Chocolate chip. But the chocolate chip cookies were served warm and gooey. Also the chocolate chip wasn’t too sweet which we really liked! For being free cookie day the line was moving super quick. Ordered 4 cookies to try some other flavors. The box is huge but still doesn’t accommodate 4 cookies so unfortunately my salted caramel cookie frosting was all smushed on the package of the sugar cookie. Little weird they have a “chilled” sugar cookie. Why would anyone want a cold cookie? Maybe the frosting? Not sure. I’ll update my review once I taste it and give my thoughts. Customer service was great! lots of people working to make hot chocolate chip cookies fresh. Asked about the rotating cookie schedule- The chocolate chip and chilled sugar cookie are their staple cookies then every week the other 4 Cookies rotate through flavors.

Super fast service today with the free chocolate chip cookies event. Almost every customer ordered extra cookies on top of their free ones and it took at most 20 minutes from start to finish. That included waiting in a line of 30 and receiving what we ordered immediately. These cookies are massive so if you are a cookie monster, this is for you. The price is a little high and you'll save more if you buy the packs of four and 12 but that means you'll spend more than you may anticipate. Overall I'm not a huge fan of pink but I actually found the theme and overall style of the building to be really nice and sleek! Give it a try if you can because there isn't another store very close!

Extremely pleasant staff. The line moved quick. You were able to watch the chefs cracking eggs and mixing butter for the cookies while waiting in line. The person ensured my order was correct when it was given to me. The place was very clean and you can see the entire process. But most important, the cookies were AMAZING! Very fresh and moist. They put the toppings on right there in front of me. And the cookies are HUGE. I thought $4 for a cookie was a bit much but then I had one. It's enough to make a lunch out of it. I highly recommend crumble cookies. I also recommend every one of the 6 choices. They are all excellent!
