Unable to take negative feedback and criticism especially regarding their silly mistakes such as cook calling herself a chef but wearing dirty pants almost every day and the highest priced dish is $17 but would not be able to sell in other circumstances for more than $9.95.
I really like their attempts but the grounds are depressing as the garden seems to have been planted too late and was not done using a farmers guidance for sustainability.
This business would be very lucrative to be a 16 hour open Chinese buffet with delivery honestly. People would buy their Chinese food from here which is already a hot item especially when the business would continue to do food and chore exchanges.
This business require farming their food items correctly on grounds using better space management, three cows, chickens and a rooster. Theybcoukd be growing new zeland bunnies for meat which are full grown in weeks and slaughtering fresh meat on grounds daily. It's fine to use same simple menu but at least have enough forethought to never run out because you would have already prepared the next batch before it ran out. This business frequently runs out of items and they have used the same very simple menu for months.
Very very very rude guy today taking food orders was not apologetic at all that I am frequently not even given the correct sandwich I order and they only have two choice.
I frequently order chicken and they always give me chick pea which I don't like. And today is the first time they got my food order right but made sure to be as ornery and rude to me as possible for trying to give them free unsolicited business advice. I have a dream of man paying for his food nationwide with trade, chores and or cash.
I wrote an entire book series about how to become a self sufficient person and run a self sufficient, prosperous business while studying for my PHD in economics. Businesses that do not oppress or overwork the worker and pays fairly based off the cost of living in the local community.
But, because I am a homeless person who spent my time studying for 4 PHD I was not able to secure housing. And my free knowledge gifts I like to give the world are always rejected. They just behaved just as rudely to me as everyone else who believes...
Read moreWe were looking for a spot to catch an awesome bite to eat in Ft.Collins and this was the first cafe to pop up. I couldn’t find a website so I looked at three reviews and decided this is where we were to have lunch! Such a great concept-however I wish this was something published right on google. We were a bit confused upon walking in and being told it was a donation based cafe. We didn’t know there wasn’t a menu with plenty of food options at this point so we gave $25 assuming that’s what we would eat in lunch. There were three soups to choose from, three salads I think, and a cornbread muffin or cookie. They give you unlimited food. I’m an extremely picky eater so I ate a few bites of soup and a few bites of salad and was done while my boyfriend ate an entire bowl of soup and a cookie. I super appreciate what they are doing making this a donation based eatery however it’s very misleading on google when looking for a place to have a great lunch. Would I have chosen this location had I known they didn’t have a menu? No. Would I have chosen this place to eat had I known my main course would be soup? No, I’ve never liked soup... Do I think this place is amazing for what they do? Hell yes. But let’s be more direct on the web-I like options when I’m looking for a great...
Read moreI do not expect much when it comes to free food from donated money. Sometimes the food is a hit or a miss. Mostly good though. The real wow factor are the people giving their time to know the names of the less fortunate people that come to this establishment, and showing kindness and having the skills to even de-escalate tensions when a fight is imminent. A special thanks to the tall blonde man who is always there with attentiveness and greeting me by name every single time. They have cooks with potential and are creative in what they make from the food that is given to them. They are very resourceful. I'd like to add some suggestions including how much pepper goes into some of the soups (its a lot at times), putting forth more research into some of the baked deserts (sometimes its dry) and keeping up with an inclusive menu i.e. having vegan options available daily, etc. Other than that, very good work is being done here. A hidden gem of Fort Collins with a beautiful...
