I am that person that will write a review for every place I go. I will give credit when credit is due. I drove from Greeley to go to this place. I seen reviews and really wanted to look for some remedies for me. I went in from the minute I walked in I did not get help the lady at the register avoid eye contact with me.as I continued to walk around I went up the steps to the other area noticed the lady at the register was talking to other clients and asking if they needed help. The lady at register did not approach me to see if I needed help but helped other people in the store & greeted them. I walked around a good 15minutes. cute little store lots of stuff to look at. I thought I was going to walk in to helpful people from the reviews not the case. if you see someone in your store walking around looking lost. help them. anyways I finally approached the older lady that was working when I first approached her she was not that friendly and did not offer advice like she did with the previously clients. at the end she did help me gave a little insight to what I was looking for. you just ever go in a store and come back out saying I will never return there that was me. it was not inviting when I walked in I went looking for help and I did not get treated in the same manner as others that were in there. all I have to say is if you are a small business it can only take one back experience for you customers not to come back. I will never drive all the way back to fort Collins to buy from there again. I give the store a 10 it had a lot to offer. I have suffered from stage 4 endometriosis for a year and a half. Out of curiosity I went into the store to see if anything would help. The ladies were so fantastic !!! They showed me so much stuff to help! I ended up purchasing the "Ache away" CBD infused oil.i have used it a few times in the last week for minor aches and cramps. Just a few moments ago I had the worst endo pain I've ever had. By far... I put on the oil and within literally SECONDS the pain was completely gone. I did not, could not and still having a hard time believing it. This stuff is INCREDIBLE! if there is a way that I can order it through the webiste I will be buying a TON MORE!
