Gib's New York Bagels — Restaurant in Fort Collins

Update: we've gone back twice to give it another shot and they just cannot get orders right. Still messed up the sides of bacon and didn't make the bagel breakfast sandwich with any bacon on it either. This is ridiculous and we won't be back.

I live nearby so I'm at the Oakridge location several times per month. The bagels are great, usually if you order a bagel and cream cheese or a breakfast sandwich, it's made correctly. I'd give a better rating on service if it weren't for the fact that they forget one item on my order literally every single time I'm there. It's the same item every time and I'm genuinely nice about asking for it when I notice it missing (it only took once of leaving without it for me to check my bag for it before I leave). Something happened this time that is prompting me to leave a review finally. Normally they just get the extra item (which requires cooking) ready and apologize for forgetting it but today two of the staff members made fun of me and the item was not cooked for it's full time. I'm usually happy to look past the very mediocre customer service at this location- tired kids that don't care about what they're doing - it is just bagels after all, but being made fun of is...

Updated to ONE STAR. The last THREE deliveries have been wrong. FFS Maybe just don't get delivery. I tried a different location this time due to orders often being incorrect and low and behold, order was late, cold and the incorrect chips were given. Sea salt and cracked pepper are horrible when you're expecting salt and vinegar. :( Second order had items included that I did not want. Third order ALSO had items on the sandwich I had taken off. The receipts all reflected this. PAY ATTENTION people! I ordered the night before and was the first order of the day. Still an hour late. The butter on one bagel wasn't even melted so I wonder if my double toasted even happened... The only reason I don't give less stars is due to loving their NYC and they are the only place that allows you to take off the onions and tomato. Would be nice to get extra capers, but they never have an option to add anything. If they ever get rid of it, like the Link location (Which their website says is FULL MENU), I won't be back. Until then, I am only going to go in store as delivery can't seem to...

My rating is for the store at 2815 E Harmony Rd #102. They close at 3pm but the staff is always curteous and helpful. I arrived a half hour before closing after driving almost 4 hours to get there. The selection was poor which I expected since they were closing soon. They suggested I go to the store in Raintree Village Shopping Center since that store was open until 6pm. I went to that store hoping to buy at least 2 dozen bagels. I was greeted by a young blonde girl at the register. That store had less than the Harmony store. I asked when more bagels would be available and she said in the morning. I reminded her that the store was not closing for another 3 hours and that they were almost out of bagels but she didn't care. She said if I wanted bagels I should get there early. I'm from NY and bagel shops there ensure there are bagels when they still have 3 hours of operation left. I wanted to snap her chicken neck because of her attitude but instead I rushed back to the Harmony store and got...
