As with all McDonald's I review I will start by saying there is a certain level of acceptance one has to have to even walk into a McDonald's. It is not a 5 star all the frills place to eat. If you go in with that expectation, you will be disappointed in most cases.
However, if you go in knowing McDonald's is what it is and enjoy the fast hot food (if it's not hot, get it re-done, this is one of those things that just happens sometimes, comes with the territory) and the great prices then you will be satisfied.
As with a lot of McDonald's in this area there is a constant presence of traveling guests with bags. As per usual, it is not an issue and does not impede the positive experience of any of the other guests.
I personally think it is great that these folks are able to have a place to reset. Everyone involved keeps it nice and respectable in most all situations.
There will always be exceptions, on which we cannot dwell.
The team in this location is consistently pleasant and helpful which makes the visit one of my regular stops.
They have wifi which has never been down when I went there. One thing to note about wifi usage, and this is not a problem on McDonald's side, but know your device and browser. Certain browsers/Apps will not open on these public wifis. Just a heads up, don't yell at McDonald's it's a safety feature of your device.
This location is also connected to a gas station which let's you get dual purpose out of your visit. I do not know whose responsibility the restrooms are but they are on average "ok" . This is another part of a McDonald's visit I have just accepted won't be "amazing".
All in all, in the world of McDonald's and other fast food establishments, this one get's a 4 for being consistent and the people...
Read moreTwo days in a row my 4 year old didn't get cheese on his plain cheeseburger happy meal. The second time I used points in the app. I was told through drive through I have to pay for a cheese slice. Yes ok, since now McDonald's is a five star priced restaurant I will pay for a slice of cheese for almost one dollar. My son opens it and is upset. We drive back again and I go inside. The Spanish lady manager walked up notifying me I needed to pay for cheese. I tried showing her the receipt of the special request which was paid for. She did not want to look at it. She took the plain hamburger rudely and threw it in the trash. The day before the guy gave me the one they were going to throw. I did not appreciate the way I was treated and if it weren't for my son wanting a toy my family would not eat there. If they spent more time on customer service rather then how their uniforms look or not be so worried on charging for every little thing it would be a more pleasant dining experience. My family can eat for the same price at...
Read moreThere are good, well-run McDonald's and there are bad ones to avoid. This one sucks, service is horrible, and you should just keep driving to another McD's. I pulled up to the drive-thru at 10:23. At 10:29, I pulled in front of the speaker box ready to place my order. While I waited for them to take my order, the menu screens at the drive-thru changed over to the lunch menu. Four seconds later, the employee asked for my order. I explained I wanted to place a breakfast order and that I'd been waiting in line and the menu changed WHILE I was waiting to place my order. She refused to take my breakfast order. This McD's has no interest in good customer service and they don't care if you're satisfied or happy with your visit. If I want McD's, I'm never going to this location again. You should avoid this McD's and find one somewhere else in the city. There are many to choose from, but don't choose this one. You'll likely drive away underserved,...
