I've never been to a Scooter's before today. I've heard good things so thought I'd give it a try. The service I received by the employees was great. They explained their items to me, giving me recommendations while doing so. A customer pulled up to the drive thru window to receive her order just as I was handed my drink. As the employee was handing me my muffin, another (blonde) employee taking care of the customer at the drive thru asked the employee if the muffin she had just sat down was for the drive thru customer. The employee stated that it was for me, to which the blonde stated "you need to prioritize", meaning take care of the drive thru customers before the walk in customers. Until I heard that, I'd had a very positive experience. I think most people know that drive thru is supposed to be a more expedited experience, but to hear it said in front of you certainly leaves you feeling like your money isn't as important as theirs is. Not to mention, as a customer I appreciated the service I received from the employee who was reprimanded in public view. I certainly hope the tip I left went to the employee who gave me what I considered to be fair, prompt treatment, not to the blonde. She can let her drive thru "priority"...
Read moreNever seen so many messed up orders in my entire life. Never seen a company promote food in a drive thru that is near expiration to save food cost. Drive thru is somehow more important than front counter even though the food cost the same either way. So my business is irrelevant as long as your crippled DT times are on the screen. Wow! Cold food that is supposed to be hot and warm drinks that are supposed to be cold. No wonder we have never heard of this company...what is there to talk about. Never will I spend another dime there. Good luck. May I suggest a change at your key management position...

But recently, the more I go there, the more the quality of the food and service deteriorates. The burritos are cold to the touch, the employees give snarky replies to questions, and when I let them know I heard a cat that had been meowing outside their building, they looked at me like I was crazy.
