Complete joke. My daughter wanted to go to Applebee’s for her birthday. We called ahead for seating knowing that it is limited seating and we have a party of 6. We got there and they didn’t have a table and no estimate as to when they’d have one. There was no one waiting when we first arrived. They had no explanation as to why and didn’t even try to apologize. They took our number and said they’d call because we weren't allowed to wait inside (We understand that is due to the restrictions out of their control) while as others began to arrive they were allowed to wait inside. Meanwhile people were lining up. We watched through the window seeing that people weren’t getting sat in empty tables and people weren’t getting food before we left (an hour after the time we had reserved by calling ahead). We never did get a call. It was an absolute circus. Don’t bother. Extremely disappointed. If you are a frequent customer on doordash I recommend avoiding applebees. Man do they really know how to make someone go from 0 to 100 real quick. I was door dashing last night, I had arrived at 915pm. My order was to be picked up at 920. I stood there for over an hour before contacting doordash and letting them know they weren't very cooperative when I asked when my order would be done so I could let my customer know. While on the phone with doordash, THEY CANCELLED THE ORDER. WHILE I WAS STANDING RIGHT THERE WAITING!!! I got 3 dollars for that order, because it was cancelled. They proceeded to stare at me as I was waiting because I didnt know th re y had cancelled it until probably 10 minutes after the fact. So not only did they cancel an order for absolutely no reason, they wasted my time and my customers time. And didnt even have the decency to explain or even tell me they cancelled the order. Terrible quality of staff and I will never dash...

I went to Applebee’s tonight just wanting a simple, cooked steak. Apparently, that was asking for too much. I ordered it medium well, but what I got looked like it had been shown the grill from across the room and then slapped on my plate still breathing. I could’ve taken it home and raised it as a pet.

They did comp the meal, which was the bare minimum considering I almost had to perform surgery to finish cooking it myself. But the cherry on top? The staff acted like I ruined their night. The energy was giving “how dare you expect edible food.” Jasmine, our server, was moving so slow I started aging at the table. I swear I could’ve written this review in real time while waiting.

The whole ordeal took TWO HOURS. I’ve had fights that were quicker. So if you’re in the mood for raw steak, an attitude, and a test of your patience, Applebee’s has you covered....
