Stopped in for the first time today and seen Josh. Extremely friendly he and his crew were. I could tell by out 5 minute conversation how passionate he is about not just his business but burgers in general.

Before anyone complains about the price, I'll say this. It's competitive if not cheaper than the big smash burger chain restaurants across the country. He also is sourcing a lot of the food locally. That's worth the extra few pennies vs a fast food restaurant or a sit down place.

Now the flavor profile was on point here. You get the strong beef flavor, seasonings from their special magic as Josh calls it and the cheese melted perfectly. The fresh cut fries were crispy and salted up just right.

Now finally i have to add that they even remembered the small things. Things like 2 types of vinegar for your fries, Poutine & Tots both on the menu. But most importantly the most lacked step in sandwich/burger making is toasting the buns. Yes folks! They toast the brioche buns on their flat top here.

They don't miss even the smallest detailed step. This is a well thought out burger restaurant with friendly, quick and quality service.

5 Stars from me.

It is Simply the best burger in the Port Huron Area..... And very possibly St. Clair County. The burger is a "Smash" style which can be understood as a patty that is pressed when it is on the grill (not in a press to be perfectly round and NOT Frozen). The burger was fresh, juicy, tasty, and cooked perfectly. The fresh cut fries were a great compliment to the burger and were also done just right. The setting was very unique as they designed their location to stick to their original roots with the storefront having a foodwagon type of look and feel. Overall... The whole look is nice and simple with fine details in the desing that took effort. The owner and his staff were very kind and welcoming. It is perfect for a quick lunch or dinner... Honestly.... If you like a good burger... This is the place for you. Their menu is simple and not overly complicated. I'm looking forward to returning and trying some of the other items that they have too offer. I'll post an update...

What the fry took a chance on a local event at a school because just out of luck they did not have anything booked for that day. I have to say I booked them before having ever tried them but I had heard lots of great things. I decided to go in about a month before the event happened at the school and I ate there about once a week since then. They are my new favorite because the smashburger is just sensational. They came to the event and sold out of everything which I was extremely pleased that it was worth their time and effort to come out. But everyone else was extremely happy with the service and the product that came out of their food truck. I went out on a limb and tried their pulled pork because they were nice enough to come with a full menu and...

Picked this place for dinner based on reviews. It definitely didn't disappoint. I had the bacon, jalapeño popper burger and poutine fries. The burger was excellent. There's something about the crispy edges of a smash burger that just makes it great. The bun was toasted and the cream cheese and peppers really did a great job of imitating a jalapeño popper. I would definitely get this one again. The poutine fries were good but I think I would just do regular fries the next time because it was a little pricey. The fries themselves were awesome and I think I'd like them better just with salt and malt vinegar. The staff was super friendly and quick to get our order out to us. Really enjoyed the place and the "food truck" counter is an awesome touch.

The burgers here are fantastic. They make everything to order. It's well worth the wait. The Rodeo Cheeseburger, the Cheese Curds, the Swiss and Mushroom Burger, and the Bacon Ranch Mac and Cheese were delicious. The burgers were fresh, had a ton of toppings and cheese, but they were contained and easy to eat. I'd drive 45 minutes for this again.
