Came here with my mom earlier this week to get donuts using the too good to go app, experience was wonderful with a woman who seemed to be the owner and she trained the other workers on how to use the app/serve costumers. Because of this experience I decided to buy one myself to go get some donuts, owner was not here but girls she trained were. I came at the same time I did last time. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE, the girls were snippy with me even while I was browsing while waiting for the pick up time (even though the app still allowed me to pick up a little earlier) and they gave such a sad, limited selection compared to last time. Was only the last 2 cases and only 2 rows out of said cases but only 2 (sorta plain) mochi donuts from each. Girl forced me to get a churro cream cheese when I asked for a churro caramel mochi donut (those were 2 out of 3 donuts on that row and only had ONE DIFFERENCE being the cream cheese and caramel topping. they were both made the same way for that and were both mochi donuts), and was telling us no on everything that wasnt a basic donut (complete opposite from last time). I really wouldnt recommend using too good to go for this place, you get barely any variety or kindness unless the owner is there. It's a shame because not only are the donuts amazing, but there were so many this store is even still contributing to food waste by just giving people what they didn't ask for which is not the point of that app. I genuinely worry for someone with allergies if they order from that app and don't even get a choice on donuts, and get a box filled with something...

Place looked nice and the wife wanted to try it out so we made the drive to go give it a try.
Interior looks great as in a lot of the pictures and bakery items look great, but it pretty much stops there.
We got a couple donuts, one big smores bun, and a strawberry Nutella mini cake.
Donuts were pretty bland and not much flavor between the two we got, the smores bun was very stale and tasted like it had been left out there on the shelf for a week so we couldn’t even get past a single bit there.
What was the WORST was the strawberry Nutella cake that came with a chocolate-covered strawberry on top. First of all, the whipped cream was old and crumbly, and tasted like it was fermenting. It grossed us out so we at least tried to eat the chocolate covered strawberry and the area between the chocolate shell and the strawberry was covered in mold. I almost threw up right then and there.
Completely disgusted. Shame on you for keeping stale and old items on your shelves and selling them to people. Luckily we’re without health issues but if someone who had a compromised immune system ate here it may actually send them to the hospital.
This place needs to have a health inspection and...
Read moreTerrible experience this past Wednesday. After 10 minutes of waiting for my cheese dog it finally came out with a hair in it. There was no one else waiting but me . Don't know why it took so long . Then they offered to make it right after the girl noticed it had a hair in it as she was giving it to me. I had to point it out before it got in my hands. I gave them another chance and it took another 10 minutes to make it. It came out and was almost hollow. It was half filled with cheese and it would not stay on the stick. It was tough to eat. Had to eat it with a fork and knife. The girl offered to credit back my account and I never got the money back into my account. Stay away from this place. Not the same memorable experience as Mama YaTai in Davie. Seems like the people in the back are not trained enough to make the food properly and without a hair fried into it. I took my friends to this place thinking it would be the same as MamaYa Tai. We were all disappointed with this place. I even asked the girl if it was the same place even though there was a different name and she said yes it's the same. Please don't tell the customers that it is the same because it gives Mama Ya Tai a bad name. Not even close...
