Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings — Restaurant in Fort Lauderdale

They just opened up, so maybe their food will get better. Sauce on the wings was more like the grease they were fried in was poured on top with some red sprinkles that added no flavor and no heat, these were supposed to be Tennesse Hot, whatever. And why does their Philly Cheesesteak have lettuce & tomatoes but no grilled onions or green peppers?!? And i had to emphasize no pickles. I guess their food preparers thought they were in Burger King preping whoppers and not Philly Cheesesteaks. Good amount of meat on wings but also the Cajun Rub was more like red, no flavor rub. Although a bit more spicy than the Nashville Hot wings which it shouldn't have been according to their scale. The fries were good, BUT... when the cheese topping was going to be a small cup of their melted plastic, i passed. They missed an opportunity to make these fries something special. (ie. Wing Stop) OH! and they didnt even offer ranch nor bleu cheese, so i asked and they gave me this itty bit cup of ranch, for my 15 wings order. I pointed this out and the girl preping food sighed and just gave me a cup of Ken's Ranch. Nice, since their poured ranch was very generic and not worth the itty bitty cup it was poured in. Ill save the Ken's ranch cup for when i properly upgrade their fries for later. When i can, ill try to talk to manager and hopefully they can get themselves on track. I didnt even finish my wings, money thrown away. The fries I'll actually make them better later with some real melted cheese and...

I've been to this location in Broward Blvd before. I was completely satisfied. I return a couple of months later and it's not the same. Staff is rude. I was waiting in line looking at the menu. The female in charge didn't greet me. She waved at me to come to her when I was literally by the register. I told her I needed a minute to look at the menu, she gave me the nastiest look. The second female who decided to take our order, took our order with an attitude. But whatever. After I got my food, I was missing the fries that comes with my combo. As I politely went over to ask for it, the girl rolled her eyes at me. I'm never coming back to this location. They really need to up their customer service interaction. #ServiceWithASmile doesn't exist here! I can't wait for the hollywood...

Genesis the cashier has no good customer services at all,she doesn’t smile, she looks like she doesn’t want to be there. My first experience going to this charleys was horrible. They don’t put enough meat like the other Charley’s does. They messed up on my order and they wasn’t even busy. I ask for a refund back. Yes I got my money back of course! No one was helpful at this place, I told them I ask for a small philly and the cashier charge me for a regular and when I told them the employee said sorry we already made your food not once did they say okay let me fix the problem!! No good customer service here at all!! The mall service is the best also...
