WARNING!!! Guac cost more than $2.75 !!! I decided to indulge and treat myself to what I thought would be a lovely chipotle bowl after having just arrived in Ft.Lauderdale. Because I was treating myself I decided I might as well enjoy some guacamole to make this the ultimate big back meal. I was with my family member and we both got chicken bowls with our choice of toppings, except I was the one that got guacamole meanwhile he didn’t. Of course I knew the extra $2.75 charge that was associated with it, however, I did not anticipate it was going to cost me even more than that. I ordered and ate my chipotle bowl on Friday December 20th at approximately 8:30pm. I went to bed later in the evening on December 21st at 2:00am. At 4:00am I was awoken with immediate diarrhea. However, I was not alarmed as the red salsa can do that to people sometimes. However, when I found myself going again, and then projectile vomiting and this continuing on for hours. I knew it was time to go to the emergency room. 7 vomits, 5 diarrheas, Pepto Bismal, Imodium, 2 IV bags with water, and an emergency room visit later, I feel experienced enough to warn you to DO NOT EAT HERE UNLESS YOU WOULD LIKE FOOD POISONING. The other people I was traveling with did not have any symptoms as I was the only one that has guacamole. This Chipotle made me afraid to eat Chipotle ever again. This was one of my worst experiences I have ever had with food poisoning and it should be attributed to the lack of proper standards that this location has.
Besides their disgusting food handling the service was extremely slow. Staff was not the most pleasant. The store was visibly dirty. There were no napkins. And it seemed like a hangout spot for troubled youth.
If this Chipotle is your only option, just consider fasting instead as it will be less painful than this...

We went yesterday 3/26 and they had no steak and maybe enough chicken for one burrito.... and 5 of the staff were sitting in the lobby at a table acting immature af towards the girl on the line. There was prob 15-20 people in line and 1 girl on the line making everybody's stuff (literally) POOR GIRL!!! As we asked if there was steak (knowing nothing was on the grill) the girl just said I'm sorry I told them to put it on. If you ask me whoever was the manager on that shift should absolutely be fired. There was no urgency, he literally disnt even attempt to put any meat on the grill. The people behind me were just as shocked as we were. And agreed it was the worst chipotle they've ever been to. So after my bf settled with pork and I got chicken because he wouldn't let me walk out we finally sat down to eat and THE FOOD WAS SOOOOO COLD!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! Go to the Westfield mall or to the location on federal highway. It's SO much better! I was in shock yesterday. Even the girl at the register ringing in the food who is supposed to help get the sauces on the side would literally walk away from the register and to talk to the table of immature AF staff members. I even took a pic of the chaos but there is no way to take a pic! Whoever was on the line the only girl deserves an apology AND A RAISE!!!!!! Unbelievable worst guest service, Product, staff, manager EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! If they act that way infront of guests/customers imagine what it'd like behind closed doors. NEVER...

Customer service did reach out to me after my posting of this review. They said the best they can do is a BOGO, can I explain to them I'm not going to go in there and buy another thing just to have two messed up new items. They refused to replace my meal. The situation that happened was that we went in and bought my son three tacos and a sweet tea. The first two tacos mermaid correctly while the third Taco had about a teaspoon of meat in it. When we complained, the server said "well are you going to pay for double portion?"when we told him we're not asking for any additional just the same meat that was in the other two, he said that he gave us extra in the other two and was not going to do it for the 3rd. We didn't ask him to do extra in the first, in the first two were simply normal portions of meat. He was rude. The lady behind us had a bowl and he gave her a very small amount of rice. She asked for a normal portion of rice, and he told her no is she going to pay for double portion. She stated she just wanted the normal amount of rice. And he said that's all he was going to give her. The employees in this establishment are rude and do not do their job correctly. Customer service with this company is also a joke. Very clear that this company won't be around too much longer with their shorted portions. This is an ongoing continual problem and all their locations.
