First off I was going to rate this place a 1 star for the bad service but after speaking with the manager on duty Marie everything changed.
She is one of the most polite and professional person I've ever met. Not only she make feel like a customer but as a human being in whole. Elextremely satisfied with her handling on the situation and incredibly happy the way i was treated.
Marie thank you for being the manager at this location and addressing my concerns.
As to the supervisor named CARLOS, this person should be more like a cleaning table crew. His skills are below standards for such title. He was extremely unprofessional, As I was explaining the situation to both Marie and Carlos, Carlos just plain said well what can we do for your sir? Instead of listening and attending to my concerns he just wanted me to let him know what I expected them to do.
I got upset and asked which one of the two was the manager and Carlos said it was Marie so of course I said I wanted to speak to her and not him.
Carlos just stood there looking directly at me and never left the counter until finally, I'm guessing he needed to just go and hung up the phone which I was on hold for over 27 minutes trying to speak with a manager.
Personally if carlos is ever at this store when I come to the dining room I would just walk out. He is unprofessional, rude and no respect for the customer, He needs to be retrained to keep his supervisor title because he shows no justice for such.

Update 06/19)2025 Pulled to the drive thru area around 11pm ish and was deciding what to order when I was told by an employee through the speaker that they were out of roast beef but had more cooking and the wait would be around 30 minutes. I drive across town specifically because I wanted Arby's so I decided okay cool I'll wait. Half an hour later I return to the drive thru only to be told that the roast beef still was not ready and when asked how much longer was told not sure .....complete waste of time and I won't return. It's just not worth it anymore. The food is usually cold or just not freshly cooked but I did want to give it another try because I love Arby's...smh but now I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. Read moreI would give a zero star but I am unable to do that. I placed an order to Arby’s through DoorDash. They gotten the entire order wrong. Not only did they got it wrong I received another person order. I called the restaurant several times and no one answered. What is the point of you guys having a number of no one answers. So I had to contact DoorDash and they were able to help resolve my problem by reordering from them. Once they did that it over an hour and then my order was cancelled. So I had to drive up to the restaurant to ask about my order. And literally one of the worker is just standing at the counter looking at a paper. Idk how my order was messed up when I only seen 3 three workers working. Next time please throughly look over customer orders before handing it off to the drivers or anything.
