As we approached the restaurant door we could hear the upbeat Greek music playing which in my opinion is essential to a great Greek dining experience. Upon entering we were promptly greeted and seated. We had 8:30pm reservations on a Tuesday and this place was packed full of people. Great sign. Right away our server introduced herself and offered water and drinks. The decor was classy with a warmth feel. Since it was our first time we opted for several appetizers. The waitress brought to the table bread with a spread of Greek olives, hummus, and olive oil, greys way to start the meal. The octopus was the most tender I’ve ever tried served with red wine picked onions adding perfect balance of acidity and crunch. This dish is a must try. The grilled calamari was cooked and seasoned perfectly with a nice touch of lemon. The spanakopita was a decent size portion, perfect combination of feta and spinach executed like a true classic. The saganaki cheese was loaded with flavor also a good portion. The ouzo mussels in white sauce were exceptional, cooked just right in this broth that was just unreal! Definitely a favorite for me. For dessert we tried (and strongly recommend) the baklava cheesecake, which they make in house! This combination is amazing, not overly sweet. We also got to try amazing Greek wine from their extensive wine list. Now the service, it rivals a Michelin star restaurant, the crew at Theo’s was always attentive to any needs but never intrusive during our meal. It was very refreshing to experience such a top notch dining experience. I strongly recommend Theos Estiatorio for spectacular Greek food and exceptional service. An amazing overall dining experience.

We had an incredible experience at Theo’s. We celebrated our anniversary and were welcomed with warm faces and lovely hosts. We met the owners, Theo and Grace and instantly connected with them and their story of how the restaurant came to be. The restaurant is beautifully decorated with a modern and stylish flair that makes you feel like you have stepped into an upscale Mediterranean bistro. Our server was lovely and made excellent recommendations on the menu. The Sommelier recommended a perfect wine to pair with our meal. We ordered a special appetizer of calamari stuffed with three cheeses. A unique dish that was full of amazing flavors. We also ordered the Keftedakia, sautéed lamb and beef meatballs, that melted in our mouths with a beautiful combination of spices and flavors. The server said that the chicken ones are even better, which we will definitely try on our next visit. We also ordered the Chef’s special of Whole Bronzino for 2 that was accompanied by their famous lemon potatoes and Greek green beans. The Bronzino was one of the best I have had as it was prepared with lemon and capers and full of flavor. The lemon potatoes were like I have never had before and wish we had some leftover to take home. Great work Chef! The live music that was playing just added to the beautiful ambiance of our celebratory evening. An extremely talented guitarist and singer belted out recognizable tunes with his beautiful voice. Thank you Grace and Theo for a lovely evening and great experience. We look forward to bringing our friends back for our next visit.

Where to start with Theo??? How about AMAZING!! We were fortunate enough to be invited for the very first brunch of this incredible restaurant, and OMG was it increíble… table of 6 and we had a variety of the brunch menu that I have attached below… each plate was better than the other. I had the eggs Benedict and it was probably the best hollandaise sauce I have ever tasted… accompanied with home fries… the poach eggs were on point… side of Theo’s parmesan fries and these were amazing!! Crispy where they had to be... sublime, My wife had the steak and eggs and the meat was incredible… don’t know what the Greeks do with the meat but it was sooooo tender!!! Wine list of off the charts (we had champagne as no brunch is a brunch w/o champagne). Believe it or not I do not have fotos of the food as we were all so hungry that I completely forgot… however the deserts I was able to snap a couple of photos… all three deserts were very very very (trying not to use the other two adjectives I have used above) good… incredible. Restaurant is very well managed (sister of the owner is the main person in charge), very well thought out… food is like eating home made Greek food… no expense was spared in the ingredients and the prices were very solid… (where can you find a $12 amazing desert??? ) I would definitely recommend this place for brunch!!! Food, ambiance and service were on par with a Michelin rated restaurant and the prices were amazing!!! I'm hoping to return to try the dinner menu, which I understand is also very good. A must go!!!

Unforgettable Delights at Theos Estiatorio I recently had the pleasure of dining at Theos Estiatorio, and I must say, it was an extraordinary experience that left me utterly mesmerized. From the moment I stepped foot into the restaurant, I was enveloped by an ambiance that took me to Greece.

Let's start by talking about the star of the show - the Chilean Sea Bass. It was a sublime masterpiece that effortlessly captured the essence of the ocean. The fish was flawlessly cooked, with a delicately crispy skin that gave way to the tender, buttery meat underneath. Each bite was a symphony of flavors, perfectly balanced with subtle hints of herbs and spices. The Chilean Sea Bass alone is reason enough to visit this culinary gem.

But what truly sets Theos Estiatorio apart is the exceptional service and the owners' warm hospitality. From the moment we were seated, the attentive owners were there to guide us through the menu, offering insightful suggestions and sharing their passion for food. Their genuine care and dedication to ensuring a memorable dining experience were evident in every interaction. It felt as if we were guests in their own home, and their warm presence added an extra layer of charm to the whole experience.

The ambiance and decor of Theos Estiatorio were equally captivating. The restaurant exudes an air of sophistication with its tasteful blend of modern and traditional elements. Soft lighting, comfortable seating, and beautifully adorned tables created an intimate and inviting atmosphere. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or simply indulging in a delightful meal, Theos Estiatorio provides the perfect setting for any occasion.

The servers were consummate professionals, attentive and knowledgeable. They effortlessly anticipated our needs and offered impeccable service throughout the evening. Their attention to detail and genuine passion for their craft elevated the dining experience to new heights, leaving us feeling pampered and cared for.

No review of Theos Estiatorio would be complete without mentioning their superb wine selection. The extensive array of wines, carefully curated to complement the menu, was a delight for any wine enthusiast. We were guided through the selection by the knowledgeable staff, who expertly paired our meal with the perfect wine, enhancing the overall flavors and leaving our taste buds in awe.

In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking an unforgettable culinary journey. The Chilean Sea Bass alone is worth the visit, but the exceptional service, warm owners, enchanting ambiance, and superb wine selection make this restaurant an absolute gem. Prepare to be swept away by an experience that will leave you longing to return...

Sat at the bar. Service at the bar was below level for being at this small bar with 10-12 seats at the bar you would think you get more attention. Nope. I have not eaten Greek food beyond a gyro meat. So I needed some recommendations. They could t even tell me what’s recommended. Could barely explain it. So we had a Greek salad, it was okay. Covered in a lot of onions. And a tzatziki sauce and pita. It was decent. Coke is 5 bucks for an 8 oz bottle. We had lamb chops and a sirloin steak. The steak came with what my wife thought were mashed potatoes. The server never corrected her as she said it clearly loud enough for her to hear it. This is where the night turned to crap for us. The main courses took almost 40 minutes to come out. We just sat their twiddling thumbs. Remember we are at the bar. They came to us twice and said they were checking on our food, never offered anything to us for this ridiculous wait. After the second time it was a good 15-20 mins before the food ever came out. They never said a word, barely acknowledged our presence. Again, this is a very small bar. The food arrives. The sirloin steak was completely overcooked. So we waited 40 minutes for a well done burnt steak. Immediately had it sent back. We ordered it medium. So now we are waiting another 15 mins for that. Now, the lamb chops were good. It came with some potatoes. They were decent. The sirloin finally arrived. It was tough. This time it was more rare than it was medium. We were like screw it. Had the Apple pie pastry desert. It was good. Again, another 20 mins. This isn’t some huge place. Service wasn’t close to what we expected. Food was mediocre overall. It is a 4.8 on google reviews. Sorry, we weren’t feeling it which sucks cause it’s a cute place, but damn sure not worth the over 200 bucks we spent on dinner. And the fact we sat waiting for our food for so long, no...
