I cannot express the complete dis respect of this store and how they handle mistakes on sandwiches. I order a tuna sandwich simple mayo, tomatoes and onion cut in half and some oregano seasoning. I told the NATHAN that i did not want letuce or cucumber repeated my self on cutting it in half. I made this into a combo. I received a tuna sandwich with lettuce and not cut in half..... Since they were going to close i figured i will call the next day.....but taking the shredderd lettuce was frustrating me tring to pick it off the sandwich..so my coworker who observed this said U NEED TO CALL...So i did spoke to NATHAN who seemed shocked of my allegation.i mentioned to him since he is closing by 6 i will not be off intime to show the picture i took. He said dont worry about it just call and let the who ever answer that its a replacement sandwich and they will take care of it. This happened tuesday 27th. I called for the replacement on the 31st Saturday. Had no problem placing to replacement sandwich but i cant believe what was written by NATHAN "she claims all lettuce removed i asked for it back i think she lied cause i took the order and made it myself." THIS WAS WRITTEN ON THE RECEIPT. Plus it wasnt even cut in half...... how is this boy in the food industry service...LOST THIS CUSTOMER...I DONT NEED TO LIE ABOUT HOW WRONG MY SANWICH WAS TO GET A FREE ONE. I usually love Jimmy Johns but this location was incredibly rude to me. I placed a delivery order for lunch thinking it would be quick like it usually is. Instead I waited for nearly an hour to contact them because it seemed odd that it would take that long. They told me that according to their records it was delivered but apologized and said they would send another sandwich right away. I waited another hour still with no sandwich and called back. It was at this point I was told that they were not going to deliver another sandwich because their driver said he did it, and the manager on the phone said someone else at my work probably stole it. Considering I was at the front waiting I find this impossible. He then told me it wasn't their fault and he wasn't going to send another sandwich or give me my money back. I understand mistakes happen, but just deciding not to deliver a sandwich and not telling me while I'm expecting is just idiotic. I'd be less pissed off if he hadn't kept me waiting another hour to find out that they were not sending anything, no one made an attempt to contact me so they were just waiting for me to just forget about it I guess. I haven't eaten here in the 2 months since this happened and would not recommend this...

The store is less than 2 mi away, and takes about 5 minutes to drive, but they don't deliver. Why? Because there's another store closer to me, but that one is closed on Sundays, this store flat out will not deliver, and they are kind of rude about it. Not cool for a place that prides itself on delivery.
That being said, when they do deliver, and even though it's expensive, it's usually pretty fast. Take that away, and they have absolutely nothing that sets them apart except for their high prices and okay at best sandwiches.
Wholeheartedly do not recommend. There are better, cheaper, faster, and more respectful establishments, plenty of them in fact, try one of those instead.
