I usually order my food prior to arriving there . I called one time from hole drove 20 min just to still wait for someone to answer the phone. I spoke to the manager and he said he didnât realize the phone volume was turned done, and that he will look at the camera to see who is doing that. Fast forward one month later , per usual every Friday I call to place my order , I drove 20 min for the same issue to happen. I requested to speak to the manager who was the same manager I spoke to before (Ali) regarding the same thing. This time he told me that they are busy and no one can answer. He wasnât even trying to understand that the phone wasnât ringing because the volume was done AGAIN! At this point Iâm a customer and he decided to go back and forth with me. I mention your phone volume is done so it is impossible for you to hear the phone. He than told me that when they are busy they turn the volume down to focus. I was shocked. I said you know what can I have corporate number because if you are short staff you need to hire more ppl . FYI he was in the back cooking as well. Instead of him giving me corporate number he gave me the number to the bottom of the receipt to rate the store. Guess what I googled the number myself and complained. To Ali your customer service skills SUCK !
7 months later and still poor customer service ! No one answers the phone , and no one acknowledged that people are waiting to be seated . I only come here because unfortunately Iâm a nurse at the hospital but man I tell you This I hop should be closed down. While I was in there I heard people complaint about their food and guess what Ali was cooking. Worst ihop to visit ! They get a -10 from me . And guess what corporate donât...
Read moreI'm editing this once 5 star review, this place has crashed... Hard. The food, service and general atmosphere has diminished to the point where we won't be back. From the puke outside the doors, to the orange drink they call juice, raw hash browns, funky tasting double chocolate pancakes that weren't Even chocolate, those tasted so bad they weren't edible. The bacon temptation omelet was only tempting me to leave it there, but the dogs would at least eat it. The only person who ate their food was my daughter. We were seated outside of the service area and could hear the employees discussing other people having issues with their food. How do you serve a 1-in thick brick of hash browns that are barely browned on the outside and not even cooked on the inside? How do you make coffee that bad? When we told our waitress she was not interested, we didn't ask for our money back. We just boxed up what we could for the dogs, paid the check and headed for the door. I literally thought I was going to be sick before I could get out of there. My guess is the people that were working this shift simply didn't care, and the place has probably cut back so much to try to make more money that the quality has turned to dookie. It didn't used to be like this, that used to be a...

A waitress walked by, a cook looked at me and an employee (who I later discovered was supposed to be the hostess) remained seated in the second booth chatting with customers/friends who were seated at the booth across the aisle from her. At just under 5 mins no one has acknowledged me in any manner so I picked a menu out of the rack and took two steps towards the tables to seat myself. This caused the hostess to jump to her feet and ask, âYou want something to go?â I told her no that I was hungry and wanted to dine in. She said, âWell you Picked up a menu.â I explained that I normally utilize a menu to help me decide what to order.
She said, âIf you want to eat in you need to read the sign on the wall.â
Remember at the beginning of this review I mentioned I was standing by the WAIT TO BE SEATED sign while the employees in this empty (except for the one table with the hostessâs friends) all ignored me.
This was a good as it got in this IHOP because after being sent back two steps to wait by the sign I was forced to wait two more minutes while the hostess finished her conversation and finally seated me. Then the...
